The world stands on the precipice of enormous change with global events pushing us individually and collectively towards greater awakening and deeper healing. Yesterday’s New Moon Solar Eclipse and today’s Equinox brings us to a defining point where what we choose now will determine how we experience the next 6 months. This is a critical juncture that calls us into a space of maturity where commitment, accountability and responsibility is needed. There is a wave of new energy moving through that will bring an intense pressure to all that must be reformed, reorganized and or transformed.

A New Moon always brings new beginnings. When it is paired with a Solar Eclipse and the Equinox, it’s a powerful reset, a time of freedom, renewal and rebirth. As such, we can expect not only a new season but a new direction to unfold over the next 6 months. As this new energy increases we will feel the pull to address what in our day-to-day lives needs to be changed. Our focus will be drawn to what needs healing, what needs shifting and what new routines need implementing.

This is an annual process of development. The Sun makes it personal and about you, the individual. Saturn helps move your timeline along and build the literal aspects of life, the basics of providing for yourself (food, shelter etc) and your own personal limitations. What renewed aspect of Self got activated about 6-months ago and how do you want that to fully develop over the next 6-months? This is a potent midpoint, the most powerful course-correcting time in any cycle, this one being an annual meeting between Sun & Saturn, a check-point between you and your responsibilities. Each year, you evolve, some years more consciously than others so this is a good time to check-in with your own personal definitions of what you are or are no longer responsible for. Often, this energy activates a push-pull between who you are and who you want to be; between what you want to do and what you have to do. My age-old advice is to: do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do. And while it may not be the easiest path, it’s usually worth it for the peace of mind that it brings. You may swing between extremes of fulfilling all your obligations to the neglect of your own Truth & Purpose -or- neglecting your obligations and doing whatever you choose, which only means those obligations will be there when you get to them and they will have most likely increased by the time you do. Balance is the key! Practice, there is no perfection and it’s time to practice handling business before pleasure.

The theme for September is ‘Rattling The Cage”

This month we have 2 eclipses and the Equinox making for an intense time of rattling the structures of our foundations of stability, old patterns and anything we may be fiercely attached to. We have heard the phrase, “shaken to awaken” from others and that is exactly the energy of this eclipse time. The more stubborn the structure, the more intense the rattling and shake up may be. Some of you may experience traumatic events that open your instinctive center of survival, giving you the opportunity to clear old patterns and dump karmic debris. And for some of you the rattling may be simply an experience of discomfort in a situation where you receive more clarity about what you really want, leading to better choices in your life. Whatever the case may be, the most important thing is to manage the aftermath proactively so you can use the lessons and guidance of the events to support your own change.

We are unpacking the trigger of the last New Moon in Virgo that prompted a new beginning. While our energy field got the message, the old habits of the personality and the physical body are slow to catch up and need some prompting and reminding of what we don’t want. Yet, at the same time, the sun is high, and there is a lot of energy around which can feel invigorating, but overwhelming and hard to navigate as well.

When the heat is intense, it’s only when the skies darken, the winds gather force and the storms come, where we can sense a deep rejuvenation. In those few moments after the storm, where we are in between, everything feels still and calm. Suddenly the world awakens, the birds sing, the light returns, and the earth feels re-charged. Yet, with each passing year, and with increasing heat and storms, it’s much harder to navigate the twists and turns of the summer months as the energies feel rambunctious and discombobulated in so many ways.

The energy of the Equinox of Solstice can be felt usually three days before and three days afterward, this was in that window. When we arrived in the All That Is, there was energy moving in all directions. It came through as if it were lightning bolts. Each bolt of lightning had a different color and, therefore was a different frequency.

When we first arrived in the All That Is, some people went running into the energy, many were dancing, and for a few the Goddess walked with them until they became comfortable. This title came from the image of so the brilliant colored lights, the lightening bolts, and people running into and dancing in the energy.

We are moving into a new month and a brand new vibe, much different from February which was an 11 month, the number of the spiritual initiate which is always a challenge. Now we are into a more creative energy but don’t get too comfy because we have retrogrades, eclipses, and lots of movement in March too. We are in the fast moving aspect of this ascension pathway and it is all happening at once.

The key to using energy effectively and not getting overwhelmed is to have strong energy boundaries and to pick what you will focus on. For now, your best focus is on you, your energy, your pathway, the transformation you are initiating, and your intention. Let the ‘bygones go on by’ and don’t give any of your emotion, time, or energy to regrets, the past, or toxic relationships that you no longer wish to be part of. March is a time of fresh starts, new vibes, and an uplevel into new joy frequencies. So gear up and let’s soar.

March is a welcome relief from the challenging 11 energy of February. As I said in the February Energy Report, the 11 number is the spiritual initiate path and it is always challenging because we have to face our own shadows and deal with where we have been sabotaging our joy, limiting our energy, and not taking care of our needs. That awareness can be shocking and unsettling when we realize that our inability to say no, to want to get acknowledgment, and to not protect our interests is what has allowed us to become the targets for the critics, judges, toxic people, and chaos in our life.

The theme for March is: “All About The Heart”

We could have put many themes on this intense month but the bottom line is that the focus is on the heart; relationships, issues around love, healing the wounds of the ego and dealing with old patterns (some ancestral) around self-worth, betrayal, regrets, and karma. Phew!

March also promises some upheaval and unexpected shifts supporting change and transformation. This does not come without challenge and potentially painful truths, but is necessary in our personal evolution. There are many cycles ending and many cycles beginning this month forcing the letting go of past attachments and welcoming in new beginnings. There is also a powerful opportunity to heal and reset certain relationship issues especially around particularly important relationships or ones that have affected you deeply in some way. Emotional triggers will give insight into what needs tending to, what needs to be forgiven, eliminated or changed. If you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night obsessing about something that happened in the past around a relationship, take it as a sign that some work is still needed to heal and release the event.
