After a prolonged period of deep emotional purging and internal life restructuring, the energy finally shifts into a more grounded, actionable, and creational phase. Collectively, we are transitioning away from old dynamics and pushed toward authenticity and active participation. Societal structures are being tested to ensure they are built on true balance rather than false harmony. True balance demands honest communication, clear boundaries, and structures built on mutual respect.

Navigating this global evolution requires us to look closely at how we manage our own personal energy. The key now is learning how to remain deeply grounded as we continue to navigate intense solar activity and energetic fluctuations. To anchor this intense energy, we must intentionally ground ourselves back into the physical world.

If you have felt stagnant, scattered, or exhausted lately, September brings a supportive container to build routine and the new structures needed. As you begin the month, your nervous system may feel locked into survival. Be mindful that your system is catching up with the massive internal shifts you have just undergone. Consciously slow down your pace and anchor into your body to help you shift out of survival mode. As you do so, you can expect your focus and clarity to strengthen, enabling you to actively move toward new future possibilities and opportunities. Don’t try to overhaul your entire life overnight. Rather, start by implementing better habits and organizing your daily life.

Hello Powerful Light!

What a profound time of change we are in. It is not easy being a sensitive within the constant change and turmoil the world is experiencing now. These are strengthening times!

However, this is the pattern of immense change. Resistance is futile. :o)

Yet I do feel the tides of energies shifting, even in the midst of the ups and downs that will continue. I talk more about this in the video, especially related to the recent eclipse.

August 2026 has been an absolute cosmic rollercoaster, serving as one of the most intense months of the decade. We experienced two powerful eclipses that acted as cosmic reset buttons, shattering old structures and forcing us to confront big, identify defining questions about who we are, how we show up in the world, and the long term direction we are choosing to move in.

Because eclipses accelerate time and force rapid evolution, this month of high energy brought waves of intense upgrade symptoms like physical exhaustion, intense emotions, and a feeling that everything is moving at an extreme, uncontrollable pace. Last week’s Lunar Eclipse pushed us to clear the heavy emotional baggage we have carried, bringing emotional revelations, undeniable closures, and a deep, visceral need to release situations, toxic habits, and draining relationships. For many this has felt like an undeniable internal crisis or sudden realisation that the old ways of being simply do not work anymore. It forced us to face our shadows and speak unsaid truths.

This leads many to believe that you must work to earn love and do your best to avoid becoming unworthy of it.

Life carries an inevitable cacophony of ups and downs as the ebb and flow of the tides of time take us into unchartered terrain. Many of us have experienced challenge after challenge, feeling as though each time we come up for air, the currents take hold once again pulling us back beneath the waves. There are times when this can feel overwhelming and isolating, but there are also times when it makes us feel more alive as it reminds us of the preciousness of life.

Aliveness is perhaps an unusual word to encapsulate the essence of a month, but it’s extremely apt for September as this is a month to finally come up for air, to rest, reflect and breathe. Aliveness is more than keeping on keeping on or getting through each day. Aliveness is presence, it’s connection and it’s rekindling those dreams once again.

We so often put life on hold, waiting for a better moment or hoping for more clarity, but that better moment isn’t guaranteed or set in stone, as none of us can know what resides around the next corner. It’s easy to feel lost in the busy-ness of life, and this often takes over, taking us away from our hopes and dreams. It’s then often only when we encounter a significant milestone or challenge that we take a breath and feel galvanised into living more consciously.

The theme for September is “Sort and Simplify”

In the aftermath of the powerful eclipses in August we find ourselves in a space of digesting new insights, possibilities, personal truths and emotional awareness. This month is about refining the new story through the process of sorting, reorganizing, simplifying and resetting priorities.

Using discernment instead of rejection and setting good boundaries around new and vulnerable intentions as well as using patience and trusting right timing will all be useful tools in navigating the month. Some of you have been processing the eclipse energy in a very physical way that has perhaps even taken you out of your known habits and routines. As difficult as this may be, it is wise to see the situation as a gift, allowing for a deeper clearing and permanent change.

The first part of the month is definitely about a focus on the details of your life, keeping projects and to do lists practical and manageable instead of overwhelming yourself with a bigger picture. The discipline is not to get ahead of yourself but to keep your attention on what is right in front of you that needs to be organized. This may include certain necessary completions that were triggered during the eclipse that require more detailed closure.
