My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Life is an adventure for the soul. You look forward to your lives with such eagerness. You look forward to adding more love to creation. You anticipate the contrast, the growth into greater love, and the creative ways you'll enhance creation itself. Like a person traveling to a new country, excited about new experiences, new flavors, sights, sounds, smells, textures, and ways of enjoying life, you look forward to your earthly adventures with excitement.

However, if you incarnate into tough situations or encounter them during your earthly journey, it's easy to forget who and what you are, and why you came to this planet. Your lives can seem so serious at times.  Loss can feel so permanent.  Challenges can feel insurmountable. The views you're often fed about life on earth can seem discouraging. And yet, dear friends, love is all around you.

Currently, we are moving through a period of intense personal transformation that is expanding our awareness in ways that will bring profound shifts and changes to how we experience life. As our awareness expands our perception broadens giving us a wider view of not only our patterns, ingrained habits and automatic reactions, but also the potentials and opportunities that until now have not been available. With this view we can no longer continue to live unconsciously or automatically, and must now learn to live consciously understanding that our beliefs, choices, actions and motivations are what shape our experience of life.

With today’s Full Moon the intensity of our inner world is magnified heightening emotions and deepening the call to that which truly sustains us. Emotions peak as all that we have been feeling and experiencing recently culminates. This is a pivotal moment that emphasizes the choice between clinging to the past (ego) or courageously surrendering it all (soul). You may feel pulled between the need for familiarity and the call for change as the choice between ego and soul becomes more obvious. As a result, you may feel a growing restlessness and pressure to let go and embrace the unknown. It is important not to react impulsively and to rather use this energy to consciously surrender and release all that you have outgrown in a mature and grounded way. ​

Dear Friends,

There are two main themes to this super moon. One is working with expansion, abundance and new potential, the other is pushing through the resistance of change and letting go of the known edge of comfort. The time frame brings up all of our needs for comfort and the support of the physical body, its sense of safety, known patterns and habits. These need to be honored through some self care and nourishing of home and personal space. On the other hand, we are being nudged and urged to dream outside the box and expand our intentions to include more abundance and a step into the bigger picture of our lives. What do you desire that you have not allowed yourself to dream about?

Watch for stubbornness and take careful and intentional steps towards what you have clarity about. It is a good time to reflect on intentions, old and new and to discern what to keep on that plate and what to let go of.

​We are nearing the end of 2025, a year we will remember for many things. Maybe it’s the year of realization, reclamation, re-evaluation, and restoration of your power, dignity, and self-respect. From what I hear from my readers and clients, this has been a year of painful breakups, betrayals, and endings; I have experienced this too. But they are often long overdue and will be a blessing as you forge ahead on your ascension path.

November has a double 11 signature that means spiritual initiation and new energetic pathways. so be ready for them. If you have been looking for answers, make sure you are asking the right questions. And with a Mercury retrograde plus Neptune returning to Pisces for the final pass, completing the journey it began in 2011, a lot of energy is moving. If you’re like me, it means you will be organizing, cooking, cleaning, and revisiting some choices. It’s going to be a powerful month so get ready to shine, show up for yourself, and soar.

This year has been a struggle for me and I know for many of you. For me it was the first year in 7 years that I have not been in  constant, horrible pain. That finally ended in December 2024 but getting back to a normal daily routine has been a struggle. I was dealing with the pain for so long that my normal routine had to be abandoned for what I could do. So this year has been a catchup and I am finally getting to the point where I can feel productive and motivated again.
