For those who have felt stuck, this week marks the beginning of a profound emotional clearing. By letting go of perfectionism and past self-doubt, you allow the stagnant areas of your life to flow with purpose once more. Be present and courageous enough to take the first messy step forward. Trust that you don’t need all the answers right now, you only need to have the willingness to move. Release the need for external validation and allow these energies to clear the path for new opportunities to arise. Be mindful that these opportunities are waiting for you on the other side of your comfort zone.

In truth, at every moment, the collective human race is choosing a timeline—a unique path through space and time—based on your collective vibration. Those of you who live in love have far more influence than those who live in hate. Those of you who live in connection with the Source have far more influence than those who experience disconnection. And those of you who are courageous enough to pray for and send light, even to those who live in darkness, are creating waves of love that ripple through the cosmos. 

The unfolding story of humanity will never be over. There will be new chapters and new pages written each day. The story is not fixed or etched in stone.  There is no pre-determined destiny. It is an unfolding story, created collectively with every choice you make. Every time you choose to be kind to yourself, you shift the balance to greater kindness. Every time you choose to accept yourself, you give permission for all to experience more love. Every time you appreciate someone or something, you help to lift the vibration of human consciousness. Each one of you sounds a beautiful note in the symphony of life, and together your loving notes carry far more weight than the discordant notes of fear and hatred.

Dear ones, never think of yourself as insignificant. Who is the tipping point — the one soul who chooses love and shifts the balance away from disastrous events?  We would say that each of you who chooses love is the tipping point.  Who is the one whose temperance— a choice to slow down and ponder the effects of an outcome—might shift the balance from a disastrous knee-jerk reaction in your world, to one made with great deliberation and care?  Who is the one whose appreciation for life ripples outward to touch the heart of a soul, considering the end of their own life? That might be you, dear ones. That often is you. 

Never feel that you are helpless. You are more impactful than you will ever know. You may be the spice in a recipe that gives it amazing flavor, or the one instrument in a symphony that adds the fullness of sound required to elevate a song. You may be the one person whose love shifts the balance. You matter.

Your kindness matters. Your self-acceptance matters. Your willingness to breathe and pause before sharing your words matters.  Your life matters.

Being a lightworker is less about what you do and more about who you are.  You may do great and loving works in the world, and we appreciate your love more than words can convey. Nonetheless, it is your light, your love, your grace that shine like a beacon showing others the way. It is your energy that emanates outward and lifts the collective. 

You don't have to be the suffering servant, the consummate martyr, the savior, or the scapegoat.  You can just be the brilliant, beautiful light that you are, doing what gives you joy and refraining to the best of your ability from what does not. That is enough.

Thank you for your light. Thank you for your love. The community of beings far beyond your earth thanks you for your presence on your planet.  We are one, and we feel you. Every kind and loving word matters. Every loving act shines. You are helping to write a more beautiful story for human unfolding, and it is you who will enjoy the journey through the loving vibrations you have shared.

Message from Ann...

Hi Everyone,

Tuesday, during my lunch break, I got a text from the gentleman who takes care of my pool. He's an incredible soul, loves nature, and has often pointed out critters in my backyard that I hadn't noticed.  He has saved birds, bunnies, and other critters who feel in the water and couldn't easily get out.

This time, the rescued soul was a baby bird who fell into the pool. The text read, "This little guy was hanging on...barely." I went outside as soon as I could. He had fished the drowning fledgling out of the pool and put him in the warm sun to dry. I sat down, asked the angels what to do, and then gently placed the shivering little creature on my lap to warm him.

I didn't confine him. I gave him space to escape, but sitting on my black pants in the hot sun, he nestled into the crook of my arm, leaned against it, and started to relax as his feathers dried, and he started to warm up.  I built him a makeshift nest out of a box and a towel, surrounded him with protective plants, and built a little shade tent. He nestled into his new nest in the warm sun and surrendered to the journey as I went back to work. Later that evening, I was elated to see him settling in for the night in the garden.  The next day, I was even happier to watch him and his sibling (who had also taken the first awkward flight out of the nest the day before) snuggling together and looking healthy and content.

Every year, the baby pigeons and doves fly down before they go up.  The glide from the nest must be exhilarating, but they are frequently kicked out before they can fly back up.  They run around on the ground for a few days, stretching, flapping, and learning to forage for themselves before they're capable of first flight!  After that, as the saying goes, "the sky's the limit!"  It is an amazing process to watch. I always want to baby them, but know better than to interfere too much with Mother Nature. I made an exception to warm the little guy who fell into the pool, but was happy to see him exercising his freedom the next day by waddling away from me to join his sibling.

The irony of the specific day struck me. While there was shouting about eradicating entire populations in the news, here I was rescuing one tiny baby bird. One small, but beautiful and significant creature. Some would say, "What does it matter?" compared to what is going on in the world.  But every life matters. Every act of kindness matters. Every bit of love matters. We carry the love in our hearts forever, while the rest falls away. Lower vibrations are eventually composted as we learn from them and return to love. Love lasts.

Every bit of love ripples the whole. Every prayer is a drop of water in a wave of loving momentum, carrying the earth into a kinder reality. We may never know on this earth, but I firmly believe we averted a world war this past week with the collective prayers of humanity. I believe those prayers are still needed. The more light we add to the world, and the more we love, the more we pave a kinder path.

We can be the ones who love in so many small ways. We can be the ones with a quiet prayer for peace in our hearts. We can be the ones who listen with respect to another perspective, even if we don't agree. We can refuse to be at war in our own hearts or with anyone in our lives. We can be the peace, the love, the kindness that turns the tide.

Even though we feel the world vibe at times, we can consciously attune ourselves to love and all that is good, beautiful, and true. We can give ourselves permission to live and love life, knowing that our love will lift our personal lives and help lift the world into a kinder space.

Here are a few ways you can stay happy and grounded even in uncertain times:

1.  Touch Grass

I love this phrase, which means simply, "get out in nature." Connect with what is real. Instead of living a virtual life watching other people live theirs, take time to connect your body with the earth and feel the bliss of being in real time, real space, and real life.  If only in your backyard or on a walk around the block, smell the flowers. Feel the bark. Rub your feet in the sand or the grass, or squish your toes in the mud. Put your feet on a warm rock or close your eyes and turn your face to feel a gentle breeze or the warmth of the sun.

In connection with our planet, we feel grounded, rejuvenated, and embraced in a way that is far larger than we can experience while watching others live their lives.  It is healing, wholesome, good for the mind, and one of the easiest ways to return to love. 

Nature nurtures.  Allow her to nurture you.

2. See the Glass Half Full

In all situations, there are both good and unpleasant things you can focus on.  While the balance may shift radically to one side or the other, given circumstances, we can always look for the proverbial "glass half full."  

When you find your attention wandering to something unpleasant, search for the good. Refocus on something that feels better. What is good about now? What is good about your choice to look for the good? What is the good growth coming from a tough situation?  What around you delights you? What smells good, feels good, or looks good?

What good teeling thought can you think?

3. Give yourself grace

I say this often because it bears repeating. We, "spiritual folks," tend to be hard on ourselves when not in the higher vibes.  

Sometimes the best you can do is love yourself through some tough emotions. If you feel lost in anger, you can acknowledge that it comes from loving something so much that you're frustrated because you can't experience it right now. Peace, freedom, and kindness matter to us, and when we feel disconnected for any reason, we get frustrated or angry. Love that you love the peace, freedom, or kindness. Love that you wish for kinder interactions and a kinder world. Love that you care.

If you're lost in grief, look at how much you must love to feel this deeply.  If we didn't care about others or certain situations, losing them wouldn't bother us at all. But we do care deeply. We long to express love. We long to feel it  

And when we can't easily find that loving feeling, do your best to love yourself through the painful emotions, grant yourself grace, and acknowledge the love in your heart beneath all other emotions.

These small, seemingly insignificant shifts matter. Our small kindnesses matter. They calibrate us to the good that life has to offer. They help us focus on the love that is real and lasting. And they ripple waves of love out into the world, joining countless others who live in love, desire peace, and continue to dream of a kinder world as it manifests... one soul at a time.

This is my birthday month and maybe that is why I have been so distracted in recent weeks. I feel that this birthday is different, special, and brings in some big changes. I do not know what they are yet, but I know they are important. And for you astrology fans – I also have a lunar return on the same day as my solar return. That doesn’t happen very often.

April 2026 is a 5 numerology and that is the number of pivots, possibilities, and the transition phase. 5 represents the bridge between the stability of 4 and the descension energy of 6.

5 is pivot point. It’s a transitional number that is a temporary stopping point while we decide what to do next. That’s why it’s so fitting for this month.

With a 5 vibe April is already set to be a month where change, insights, new potentials, and energy movement will be happening.

With a new moon on April 17 that features 8 planets in Aries, action is on the agenda. We just need to make sure that it is aligned, purposeful, intentional action.

The energy theme of April is Re-Purpose and before I tell you about why that is so significant, let’s talk about what it means to re-purpose and what has to happen first.

As I was thinking about the theme, Re-Purpose, I thought about the word repossess. In finance and banking, something is repossessed when you do not make the payments or fulfill the terms of the contract. In energy terms, we repossess our energy when we reclaim it from people and situations that we have given it to.

Now we have an agenda in these situations so we have to be careful that we are not looking for revenge. It is not someone’s fault that we gave them our energy because we wanted something in return – like validation or approval or acknowledgement. That aside, before we can re-purpose our energy we have to repossess it – to take it back.

We are just coming out of a Mercury retrograde in Pisces which was joined by Mars and Venus in Pisces. We have been struggling with Pisces energy since early 2011 and it’s nearly over. In fact a large part of it ends in April. Then we celebrate with a big Aries party.

How do we Re-Purpose our energy and make the best use of Aries’ action energy this month? That’s the theme of this month and starting today, I am introducing the Energy Sovereign™ Community.

When a crisis arises in your life, when people leave you or situations change drastically and you stand alone, then is when you are challenged to turn to a source within yourself, a wellspring that exists beyond the earthly, and that is your soul. Your soul often comes alive in an earthly incarnation through conditions which are very challenging and hurt deeply. You suffer because your earthly self wants to become part of the world around you on the Earth.

There is a tendency in all people to adapt to the collective energy that prevails on Earth. As a child, you want to be loved, to be embraced in the arms of your parents. You want to be spiritually and emotionally nourished, so you look for that nurturing in the world around you: first from your parents, then later it shifts more to your peers, or you look for success and recognition in your work. You try to nourish yourself in all kinds of ways in order to feel alive and inspired.

Everyone wants to feel alive and be happy. But at some point, you discover, very deep inside, that all those external influences cannot give you what you are really looking for: your own core, your own soul, which is not determined by your past, by your upbringing, or by all those circumstances, but by that which brings something fresh and new into this earthly reality. It is precisely your maladjusted self that brings you back to your inner core. It is that part of you that cannot adjust, that created friction with the energy of your parents, your education, your work, and the people around you, that part of you that feels alienated and often lonely that leads you back to your soul, to your deepest being.

It would be ideal if the world that surrounds you, starting with your parents, helped you to find your inner core, your soul; that they, the people and the situations, welcomed your true self, the new that you came to bring. And this is the direction things are now going, where they have to go. The outer world needs to serve people’s inner world, but we have not yet evolved that far. There is still a lot of fear and veiled influences in the collective atmosphere of the world. For centuries, people have been accustomed to surviving by suppressing their authentic heartfelt impulses. And that suppression has been so fundamental, and has come from such a variety of causes, the result is that it is still not natural for you to express your true self. Old fears keep you back, which have been passed down from generation to generation until they reached your parents.

You are now challenged to bring change, to alter the dynamics, to turn away, to make a full turn, so to speak, and to say: “No, this is not what I want, this is not who I am.” From an inner call, an inner urge, you feel you want things to be different. In that impulse lies your originality, the new you came to bring and, above all, to experience inside yourself. You are here for yourself, in order to develop yourself and to connect your soul with the Earth, and through that process to create change, to send your light into the world around you, and to help penetrate the collective energy on Earth with a new, different consciousness. But begin with yourself – this is the key, this is the source for change.

I now want to give you a concrete exercise to further awaken your soul’s energy. When you are born as a child on Earth, you have a mother and a father who are struggling with their own fears, even though they usually have very good intentions for their child. But they often do not succeed in providing you with the actual energy of motherhood and fatherhood you long for. Motherhood and fatherhood are archetypal energies; they are a kind of universal force, a cosmic force, which holds Creation together: male and female.

I ask you now to descend with your attention into your abdomen, take quiet breaths, and connect, in a very calm manner, to the child you were in your childhood. Feel that child sitting in your abdomen, look at it, greet it momentarily, and ask yourself: “What does this child need the most? How did it experience this need? Was it the shortage of a loving, empowering father energy or was there the lack of a gentle, unconditional mother energy?”

Imagine that a male guide stands before you who represents the paternal, father energy originally intended for you, and imagine also that a female guide stands before you who represents the maternal, mother energy in its original form. They see you and want to give you their energy so you feel supported when following the path of your soul. This happens regardless of the ideas that still prevail in society, the fears you have internalized. Ask one of them for advice. Focus on one of the two guides and let its energy flow into you. Choose the one who appeals to you the most right now. Look and sense which energy wants to come to you and help you. These energies are always available to you; they support you and call you to awaken to your true self.

You often know a lot at the level of your mind and your heart. You understand the spiritual laws which exist, the meaning behind many events, but the biggest pain, and thus the greatest powerlessness, sits at the level of emotions: your inner child. Though you may even know a lot at the level of the abdomen, the level of the inner child, real obstacles, injuries, and traumas often exist there. So it is very important that you literally place your hands on your abdomen, sending warmth there, and let yourself be nurtured by cosmic energies, such as the father-mother energies. These energies are always there for you, regardless of the relationship with your earthly father and mother. Feel the support and the strength of these guides and cherish your inner child. Ask it what it needs and trust that you will receive it all.

This energy encourages embracing change and doing things in a new & different way, as you adjust to the new normal for right now. This is an opportunity to gain traction with your ideas, navigate positive shifts and shake things up in a beneficial manner. However, if the idea of new or different feels overwhelming & chaotic rather than uplifting & invigorating, it may signal a need for introspection to assess any mental rigidity or holding onto old ideas that have run their course. Resisting the current of change could exacerbate challenges associated with this energy, like being scattered & indecisive. Now is also an opportune moment to address recurring issues or long-standing obstacles, as ignoring them will not lead to their resolution. If you have been stuck in repetitive patterns, consider embracing fresh perspectives and alternative approaches. Be alert to new ideas & choices that may present themselves during this time, because of your *Awakened* perspective. Stay open to unexpected opportunities, events & concepts, and allow space for spontaneous creativity & unusual insights to guide you. 4/14 • Mercury Enters ARIES (until 5/2):

Mercury is finally done with the deep emotional processing, developing creative vision & renewing your faith as it lingered in Pisces. Now that it is moving into Aries, take your time, but know that information & choices are forthcoming that you will have to navigate. Mercury moving through Aries tends to make us think more instinctively. This is a mixed blessing. On one hand, you can take in a lot of information and easily sort & sift it all based on what your immediate needs are but on the other hand, it can make you jump the gun without thinking things all the way through because you are reacting instead of responding. Reacting comes from the Head, while Responding comes from the Heart. It is best to use this energy to dig into your own ideas & personal motivations – WHY do you want what you want? Why are you thinking the way you do? What is motivating your ideas, thoughts & concepts? Also, because it is Spring, it is time to think about which ideas will best serve your personal needs & professional goals in the coming year so it is another one of those times when I remind you that you this kind of self-centeredness is not based in ego but is essential to how you make your choices & decisions in everyday life. If you do not look out for your own ideas and/or personal needs, then who will? You can also keep in mind that Libra energy balances out Aries energy, so make sure that your new ideas create win/win situations where your needs are met and you are still being of service to others in a meaningful way.

4/16 • Mars (desire & action) ~sextile~ Pluto (purification & transformation):

This energy activates the interplay between your lower will & Higher Will. Mars, representing the Sacred Masculine within, empowers you to act in alignment with your true self & aspirations. Pluto ensures that your actions stem from a place of purity at the Soul level, often requiring a shedding of superficial layers accumulated from the previous cycle. Fortunately, this alignment is not fraught with negative implications but rather serves as an opportunity to delve into your deepest desires and address any obstacles hindering their fulfillment. It is crucial to note that individuals who are disconnected from their authentic selves may experience more internal turmoil when Mars & Pluto come together, even in a harmonious aspect like this one. This potent fusion of energy offers a chance for significant progress, yet meaningful advancement also demands conscious effort and perhaps even some kind of personal, conscious sacrifice. 4/16 • Mercury (communication & self-expression) ~conjunct~ Neptune (imagination & spirituality):

This activation is a mixed blessing, but either way, it marks a significant initiation of a new level of faith & inner wisdom. It has the potential to foster miracles, inspiration, artistic endeavors & creative explorations. Personally, I find it conducive to initiating a profound dialogue with the Divine, your Higher Self, and the essence of your Soul. As with any initiation, it demands a prior completion. With Mercury’s influence, it is an opportune moment to expand your mental horizons, diving into deeper realms of thought. I encourage inviting the wisdom of your Ancestors, Orishas, Angels & Animal Spirit Guides to offer guidance & answers during this period. Their counsel often resonates more deeply than that of the people around you. However, when dealing with mundane matters or engaging in honest conversations that require transparency from both parties, be cautious. The influence of Neptune might create haziness & confusion. Dealing with Neptune requires good boundaries and an awareness of which side of the veil you are on, ensuring alignment with the natural order (3D versus 5D). This energy tends to distort reality, making you believe that you are expressing yourself clearly while others might feel entirely confused. Sometimes, silence is more impactful than risking being misunderstood.

4/17 • ARIES New Moon:

This is an annual Initiation of the New You, the New Year and a brand New Beginning that is available for those who choose the New, leave the Old/Past behind and bravely step into the new possibilities being offered by some powerful new energies. This is also an annual opportunity to release imbalances within ourselves and our relationships or environment, anything that is preventing the Aries/New Beginning from unfolding naturally.

If you consider Aries as the true beginning, then this first Seed Point is vital to the next 6-12 months of growth & expansion. It is truly time to close out and release anything no longer essential to your reality or evolution. The message is: Do not rush but neither should you postpone the new choices & decisions being presented at this time. This is the week to dedicate your Self to a New Identity & Purpose and develop it throughout Spring & Summer so that you can activate & ground something tangible by Fall Harvest.

If you did the requisite clearing with the Libra Full Moon (4/1), then a new personal cycle can truly begin, which is expanded even more by the presence of Saturn & Neptune recently entering Aries too. This Lunation offers an annual opportunity to check-in with your own internal balance and what will be required of you to truly anchor this emerging Identity & New Purpose. It may also reveal where more external balance is required for you to maintain relationships or agreements with others (or not). Most likely, some of both will manifest. Each month is building on the previous, in that, with the Pisces/Virgo Lunation, we got to go within and reset our internal systems and determine how much we could really handle while the Aries/Libra Lunation gives us the opportunity to reset the balance between self & other because next month’s Taurus/Scorpio Lunation will support the literal changes we need to make in order to go forward clean and in integrity with this New Beginning. Do your best to stay alert & present, especially when navigating with others, in relationship or community. Take some Me-Time because Aries Time is the once-a-year when it is all about YOU!

4/18 • Mercury (thinking & communication) ~sextile~ Pluto (purification & transformation):

This energy prompts a profound exploration into the ideas & information surfacing at this time, whether in personal or professional spheres. It urges you to delve deeper, posing challenging inquiries and seeking insights that possess greater depth than usual. Professionally or publicly, you might excel in meticulous pre-planning & due diligence. On a personal level, you are likely to delve even further into your own mental patterns & personal history, discerning how they may have led to your present circumstances or consciousness. As certain connections are revealed and fresh perspectives possible, they will solidify, anchoring you more firmly in your own truth. The exhilaration of these “ah-ha” moments might inspire you to share them with others. However, exercise discernment as not everyone may be receptive or equipped to process such profound insights. Consider wisely the timing & audience before sharing your awakening or revelations.

Perhaps you are wondering what we are referring to, for your life has not changed that much.  Indeed, it has changed.  The world as a whole shifted partially at the beginning of this week in preparation for the major shift on the 17th of this month.  What you thought you knew or were expected to experience is no more.  And the 3D fears that you have allowed to creep into your being will seem antiquated.

This is your new world with a new beginning.  One you created through months and years of ongoing fear and angst.  The cycle is complete.  As of the 17th, you will view your political and social environments much differently, with “No, I won’t” stated or felt much more frequently.

You are free, as are those who have decided to transition.

You are free to be you, including the freedom to negate the need to caretake your neighbor and the world if those beings refuse to accept this new world order.  Similar to how some groups around the world continue to live much as most did in the 1800s or earlier, even though additional factors, inventions, and interactions could have been added to their knowledge and skills.  You do not think of those who refuse to live within the current worldview as terrible people, but rather as humans who are living a more difficult life than they need to, given the advancements of the past 180 years.

This is a time of division.  Not in terms of bad and good, but instead, of difference.  Your life is changing emotionally and in your actions.  While those who do not wish to transition will remain as they have for fear-based eons.  They are not bad, merely human beings who do not wish to advance into this new world of love.

You are now on a different trajectory, as are those who wish to transition.  A trajectory of a world of love compared to 3D eons of fear.  A trajectory that will become more obvious day-by-day.  Without war and with much less fear and anger.

You are now you.  Those who do not wish to transition will not shift their thoughts or actions much, despite knowing that, somehow, your life seems to sparkle.  And so it will, especially after April 17, 2026.  So be it.  Amen.
