In Watery Cancer, actions are motivated by emotions & feelings. The Cancer Crab moves backwards & sideways before it goes forward and that can frustrate Mars’ natural inclinations to charge ahead. It is best to use that energy to get in touch with how you really feel about your own Identity & Purpose. It is time to up-your-game in the Self-Care Dept! Mars is only here every 2-years, so it is a good re-set for your body & physical rhythms so that you can go forward with those creative ideas & bigger dreams! Delegate what you can and consciously direct your energy toward the current priority (Cancer House) especially because this is a once-in-2-years Initiation of managing your personal life in new & different ways. Recalibrate your home & work schedules according to your Feeling Nature – not your ego or your Monkey Mind. What balance of input/output or give & take feels right to you, the individual? Juno represents how we do partnership – on all levels, but intimacy in particular. This is a time when we are supported to re-set and re-negotiate our roles & responsibilities within the context of our interactions with others. Some things have run their course, as the last time she was here was Nov 2021. We have all grown tremendously in that time. Life is different and our values & priorities are different, which means that we have the opportunity for a very clean slate. Our current collaborations can use the upgrade to a new level and it sets the foundation to attract all new support from others. This is a time when we can also rebirth what we would like to be “known for” in our partnerships. For example, when you are actively parenting young children, you are “known” as the Parent, however, once they grow up and you hit Empty Next, you want to be “known” for something different. That goes for ANY roles or responsibilities which have outgrown their usefulness. It is also a great time to check-in with the general stability & fortitude of your primary relationships and do whatever maintenance needs to be done at this time to ensure a successful future of conscious equal partnership.

Juno is going to finish up with Capricorn and head on back to Aquarius, where it Retrograded to reset how you express your own sovereignty & remain true to your Self within the context of your most cherished relationships. Ceres rules how we nurture and like to be nurtured. As it moves through the Signs, it also moves through your respective Houses, activating your Planets and bringing some much-needed loving, caring, nurturing, maternal energy to those zones. It takes about 5-years for Ceres to move through all 12-Signs so the last time it was in Cancer was May 2022 and (fyi) the next time will be June 2031. It’s time for adjustments & improvements to our personal containers and a concentrated dose of nourishment in our Cancer/Capricorn and Aries/Libra Departments by default. It is a once-in-5-years renewal in the Cancer zone, and this is your Emotional Health & Personal Security, how you process your feelings and secure your home base or foundation. After the couple of years that we have had, this is critical to co-create with consciously. As the Sun enters Leo each year, we arrive at an Annual Heart Check-In where Life asks a simple but profound question: Are you being true to your Self? Leo activates Self-Love, Self-Worth, Creativity and the courage to express your unique Light from the inside-out. This is the season to become more congruent, where your inner truth & outer life tell the same story. Whatever is cultivated within eventually reveals itself under pressure, so this is a powerful time to strengthen your connection to your own authentic nature rather than seeking approval or living according to someone else’s expectations. Leo reminds us that true leadership comes through embodiment, not appearance, and that your unique gifts are meant to be shared with your community.

This year, Leo Season carries even greater significance as we begin a brand-new Leo/Aquarius Eclipse Cycle while simultaneously completing our work with the Virgo/Pisces Eclipses. Today, we are once again on the threshold of the Opening of the 5th-Dimensional Lion’s Gate which will occur on August 8th. Throughout this incredibly powerful year, 2026, day by day we have been guided by the Company of Heaven and our I AM Presences through Activities of Light that have prepared Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom and Mother Earth at an atomic and subatomic cellular level to safely receive higher frequencies of our Father-Mother God’s Infinite Light. This includes the greatly intensified frequencies of God’s Infinite Abundance that we will be Blessed with during the Opening of the Lion’s Gate.

The I AM Presence of every expression of the Sons and Daughters of God on Earth is now standing in readiness to receive in NEW ways, the Light that will flow through the 5th-Dimensional Lion’s Gate on August 8th. This Light will exponentially intensify the strength and courage within every person’s Heart Flame and Awaken within each person the remembrance that our Father-Mother God’s Infinite Abundance is our Divine Birthright.

This year as we pass through the Portal of the 5th-Dimensional Lion’s Gate every person’s I AM Presence has been given permission by our Father-Mother God to liberate the Heart-based patterns of our Divine Birthright of God’s Infinite Abundance encoded within the Divine Wisdom and Sacred Knowledge in our Twelve Solar Strands of 5th-Dimensional DNA. This will pave the way for the I AM Presence of every person to liberate us into the Harmony of a Higher Order of Being. This will greatly expand the influence of Humanity’s I AM Presence on Earth.

The incredible opportunities the masses of Humanity have experienced since the inception of this year 2026 have paved the way for the next Quantum Shift in Mother Earth’s Ascension process. More people than ever before are now able to lift above the chaos manifesting in the outer world effectively enough to hear the intuitive Inner Guidance of their I AM Presence.

As the Company of Heaven has reiterated time and time again, the Universal Law is: “The call for assistance must come from the Realm where the assistance is needed.” Since we are One with every Child of God on Earth, and since we are indeed embodied on Earth ourselves, we have the ability to invoke assistance from every person’s I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven on their behalf. The Company of Heaven has clearly demonstrated that when we invoke the Light on behalf of our Sisters and Brothers the Floodgates of Heaven open.

Many of the masses of Humanity have been so manipulated and controlled by their own and other people’s fear-based and fragmented human egos that they do not even remember that they have an I AM Presence or that they are a Beloved Child of God. They are oblivious to the wondrous events occurring on the Planet. These are the souls that continue to act out adversely in spite of the pain and suffering their actions are inflicting in their own lives.

The millions of people who are Awakening and making the choice to move into the Light on their own are not the Ones who need us. It is our Sisters and Brothers who have forgotten who they are and the fact that they are One with all Life that need our help at this time. Contrary to what we may think, they are not acting out in the adverse and appalling ways we are witnessing because they are evil. It is due to the fact that they are so trapped in the illusion of separation and duality that they think the only way to survive is to lie, cheat, steal and kill. These are the very people we are being Called to help. These are the people who will make the most positive difference in our lives when they Awaken and choose to stop Creating such pain and suffering for Humanity.

When Jupiter moves through Leo, it calls you to remember who you truly are. This is not a time to dim your Light or hide the gifts your soul came here to share. Layer onto that the numerology of the peak day itself: 8/8/2026. Eight, the number of infinity turned on its side. The number eight is doubled and then folded into the year, ultimately resolving back to eight again. a resonance of three eights. This is a frequency signature, not just a symbol. The Lion Beings — the Sirian and Lyran light beings who have always been keepers of this particular gate — are not visiting. They are anchoring. Investing can help you understand a little more about how the energy you spend in your life brings you returns, for at all times, you are making investments in your future. The energy you emit through your thoughts and words and imbue in your actions is either an investment in a loving and desirable future or an investment in more of the same.

For example, anything you do with love is a wise investment, for your joy will bring a return of greater joy. Anytime you speak with love or appreciation, you are also investing love and will inevitably see more to love or appreciate.

Anytime you do something with upset, fear, doubt, or resentment, you are investing in lower vibrational energies that will only return more of the same. When you speak of something or someone negatively or with unpleasant emotion, you are investing in more negativity and frustration. That is not the return that most of you seek.

So, as you go about your life, ask yourself, "What future am I investing in, in this moment?" Is it a future filled with love, joy, and abundance? If you are feeling content or happy, appreciating life, speaking kindly, and noticing all the good there is to see, you are investing in a beautiful future. If you are focused on all that is going wrong and who has wronged you, you are investing in a future filled with more of the same.

Most of you have a mixture of energetic "investments" in the course of a day. Most of you have many more loving investments than you might realize. Even slightly more than 50% of positive investments will bring a kinder return! So your goal is not to be perfect but rather to choose to invest your time, your thoughts, your words, and above all your energy in the investments most likely to bring you what you want to experience in life.

If you were to pay more attention to how you invest your energy than to what others are doing, you would rise above the influence of others.

If you were able to invest your energy in thoughts of appreciating abundance where it can be found—counting your blessings, noticing that item you got on sale, delighting in the penny from heaven—then you are investing in an increasingly abundant future.

The good news is that you can change your energetic "investment strategy" in a single moment. Suppose you are having a challenging day. Everything appears to be frustrating you. You can stop for a moment. Pause. Take a few deep breaths and look for something to appreciate. Most of you have stable ground beneath your feet. Most of you eat well every day. Most of you have good people in your life. Most of you have read an inspiring quote that elevates your spirit or have a song that lifts you when your energy is low.

Simply switch your investment from thoughts of frustration to thoughts of appreciation. Then go back to the things that frustrate you with new energy. They may still be frustrating, but you'll be investing in their solution again instead of the injustice of their presence. A few moments of counting your blessings can put everything in perspective.

There are times when you are lost in grief or fear. Still, you can find kind comforts for yourself. You can sit with your angels. You can call a friend. You can take a nap. Those tiny kindnesses are investments in a better-feeling moment and, over time, a better-feeling life. Even when you cannot fathom ever feeling good again, you can "invest your pennies" by choosing simple pleasures and small kindnesses. Your small investments in a kinder life will compound and help you return to feeling better over time.

Dear ones, in every moment you are investing. Do your must-dos with love. Acknowledge the unpleasant or frustrating things in life, but give them less attention and less airtime. Focus on what is working, and from that space of gratitude, conquer the challenges. Acknowledge your own feelings, of course, then choose to love yourself through them, for love is always a wise investment. When you are sad and comfort yourself, you are investing in future comforts and kindness. When you are angry and give yourself the space to be, you are investing in a future where your emotions are accepted and you are loved through them.

Not everyone and every situation will reflect your "invested" energy. Sometimes these investments take time to mature and ripen before you see the results in your life.

Nonetheless, the investments you make today with your thoughts, words, and above all, energy are defining your future returns.

Message from Ann...

Hi Everyone,

I asked the angels for a quick newsletter today. I am getting ready for a family visit in August, when I'll be offline for several weeks, so I need to channel three newsletters in advance. One usually takes a large portion of a day, so I was heartened when I sat down and they dropped this one in on me! I don't think they've ever used a financial metaphor before, but I loved the perspective.

I had to stop myself earlier today. I wasn't thinking in terms of investment, but I was thinking, "Uh oh, I have a million things to get done so I can relax and enjoy my family!" I'm organizing. I've got the newsletters. I had to update some things on Etsy because I won't be able to do much other than customer service. I have finances and work that need to be organized. And those are just a few things on a to-do list that grows every day. At this age, I do not take a precious minute for granted with my senior family members. We don't know how much time we have, and I want to treasure every moment together. I'll be seeing my nieces too, and as every one of you with kids in your life knows, if you miss the moment, it flashes by quickly.

I started the morning with every good intention to move quickly through the to-do list. Then I got an email that required me to spend time with customer service at a financial institution. Half an hour later, they determined they had a bug in their software. I spent another half hour with my Etsy printer until they determined they had a bug in their system. I got frustrated, got up, and tripped... You can see where this is going! About that time, it occurred to me that I was investing in the energy of frustration! And I knew I needed to stop that ASAP or I'd get more.

I did as the angels advise all of us. I stopped. I took a few breaths. I reminded myself that, in a good space, all would be accomplished easily. I reminded myself that it was a blessing to help the companies involved find the bugs in their software so they could be fixed. One system is already working better. I realized I was hungry, so I stopped working and fixed the breakfast I had forgotten to eat. Suddenly, everything seemed doable. I got a few projects accomplished easily, enjoyed my biweekly visit to the cold plunge, did a short reading for someone who works there, came home, organized an area of the house, and am now truly enjoying the newsletter!

Back in flow, things are easy. In my overwhelmed "uh oh" energy, I created overwhelm and frustration. In my frustration with software bugs, I inspired another situation with bad software! In my frustration, I tripped. And after I recalibrated, which took about two minutes, the day has been beautiful and brilliant. It's time for dinner. Then I'm going to see what new newsletters arrive for the next few weeks so you can all continue to enjoy the connection while I am "investing" in loving my family :)

Using the angels' metaphor of "investing" every moment, here are a few tips to help you make wise energetic investments!

1.  Notice that "Energy Invested = Energy Returned"... from the Bank of the Universe

When you consider the energy you are feeling in the moment, ask yourself, "Do I want more of this feeling?" If so, continue. If not, change your thoughts, actions, or perspective to create an energy you would like to see more of.

A quick way to determine your "investment" in the moment is to ask yourself, "How am I feeling?" Happy, content, excited, sad, frustrated, joyous, neutral? The answer will tell you what return this energy is creating.

This is not saying that if you "invest" love in a job, person, or situation, that particular job, person, or situation will grant you the return. Instead, the "Bank of the Universe" will make sure you get a return, even if a particular job, person, or situation is not the vehicle through which it comes.

For example, you may be loving and kind to someone who completely abandons or ignores you. You did nothing wrong. Hold your head up high. Continue to be loving. You'll lose the ones who can't return your energy and attract new ones who will.

As you play with these questions and notice the results, you'll quickly see this principle in action. And if someone or something that you wanted to be the "return" falls away or isn't the answer, stay on course. Keep investing in good energy. The Bank of the Universe is in charge of issuing our dividends!

2. Create an energetic "Investment Strategy"

Write down different positive emotions—one per page—in a journal. Write down various things, actions, thoughts, and situations that inspire these feelings.

For example, your "Peace" page might list beautiful songs, a warm blanket, a cup of tea or a half glass of wine, watching your dog, breathing deeply, meditating, watching a candle flame, etc.

Your "Joy" page might include going to the farmers market, spending time with a friend, reading a book by an author you love, listening to a song that gets you up and dancing, walking in nature, or anything else that brings you joy.

Your "Abundance" page might list things like organizing your finances, counting your blessings, opening your pantry, thinking of all the people you love, reflecting on the places you've been or experiences you've had, counting your gifts and talents, etc.

3. Keep a "Balance Sheet"

Every night write down some of your best energetic investments—what you did and how they made you feel. For example:

Enjoyed the dog — love, appreciation, joy
Appreciated my coffee — appreciation and abundance
Stopped to pause and take a few breaths — time abundance, self-love
Pivoted when I started to get frustrated — appreciation, gratitude, self-love

And then write down, completely separately, what returns you saw today and how they made you feel:

Joyful dog — love, appreciation, joy
Ran into a friend I love — love, appreciation, joy
Found an old happy photo while cleaning — love, appreciation, joy

Errands didn't take as long as I thought — time abundance
I had time to stop for a beverage at the coffee shop — time abundance, self-love

I couldn't get my computer to work — frustration
I resolved it, and it wasn't as bad as I thought — contentment, appreciation

A day might not reveal all your returns, but over time, you'll notice them and begin to appreciate how much more control we have over what we get based on our "investments" in the present moment.

I'm investing in thoughts of love and appreciation now for all of you, and my friends and family. I'm investing in thoughts of joyful anticipation about my dinner and using up some pantry ingredients I discovered in my cleaning-fest over the past few days. And I'm investing in thoughts of contentment, sitting here in a cool house on a hot, beautiful day as the wind kicks up outside and the skies turn sunset pink. Time to grab my delicious dinner, then return to channel a few more chats with heaven :)

May your week be filled with great "investments" and joyous "returns."

This opens us to August and the energy that it holds for our next Ascension phase. It’s big, bold, bright, and happening right now.

It’s August, the 8th month which means that the year is winding down. By the time August ends it feels like the holidays are just around the corner, then the year is over. I feel like this year has been in a holding pattern. Things are happening, but many things are starting and nothing is completing. I think August will be the turning point for that.

August is the 8th month and in a 2026, which is a 1 year, it’s a 9, the number of endings. But these are not normal or usual endings, this is closure if we are ready for that. If you are part of the GPS 2026 group, I explained this in the August call. You can join that program at this link.

August energy theme is completion, and that is more than endings that must occur for beginnings. Completion is being finished, complete, with no loose ends, no regret, no second chances or second guessing our actions or intentions. If you are given an opportunity for completion this month, take it all the way to the end. Completion must happen before true beginnings can occur.

August 2026 has 2 eclipses which is not rare for August but it brings back the August 21, 2017 eclipse which was called the Great US eclipse.  It was at 28 Leo and that correlates to the current degree of the North Node, which just moved into Aquarius. I think there is a synergy there so we will have to wait to see how that plays out. The Universe has interesting ways of creating solutions to the dark agendas that are currently wreaking havoc on the planet. 

And in August all of the personal planets change signs. We can expect this from the Sun and the Moon, but the sign changes include Mercury going into Leo and Virgo, Venus going into Libra – one of its signs of rulership, and  Mars going into Cancer. I have noticed that when this happens a lot of change happens too.

This year’s 8-8 Lion’s Gate includes Jupiter at 8 Leo, which happens every 12 years. So think back to the 2014 Lion’s Gate and what happened for you then. While some astrologers think the 8-8 Lion’s Gate is unimportant, it corresponds to the Sun’s alignment with Sirius, the brightest star in our galaxy.

It also aligns with Orion’s Belt and its 3 stars, Altinak, Alnilam, and Mintaka. These 3 stars are strongly recognized as powerful and significant in many religious traditions.

In Christianity they represent the 3 wise men. In Chinese astrology, they represent the 3 mansions and the gods of fortune, prosperity, and longevity.

The August 12 solar eclipse is at 20 Leo which has strong ties to the August 2017 eclipse. And the August 28 lunar eclipse at 5 Pisces connects with the strong Pisces energy we had from 2011 to January  2026, when Neptune finally left Pisces.

Lots of past and present represented here, so use the energy that way. Let the past come up so you can see where you need completion, release regret, let yourself have a fresh start, and then have all of your energy available to fully concentrate on the present.

It’s a busy month with something new happening every week so keep your eye on the prize – that’s you –  let your intentions be clear and strong, and put yourself first. Remember completions are the energy theme for August so do not be surprised at anything that happens.
