Can you imagine a greater start to the year the connecting with the heart of your soul? This is a meditation that will have a massive impact on people and it has the potential to change everything in your life.

When we first arrived in the All That Is, the Goddess wanted us to make note of the changes that have taken place. We looked at it now, last year, and then two years ago. This gives us the opportunity to see, feel, or experience things from different frequencies. We all have different frequencies around us, this gives us the practice to become accustomed in our everyday life.

The Goddess began by looking at this as if it is a clean slate as if you are starting fresh. She then brought in people’s desires, intentions, etc. We could look at life and at things from the everyday perspective. Each person then opened up to their soul and it changed everything. It was littereally as if you were connecing to your own soul, through the heart of the center of your soul. It is very poerful, filled iwth love and creates a whole new perspective on life.

Without Patience you can never understand the meaning of Divine Timing.

Patience is so tricky sometimes. It is often difficult to surrender to how Life is transpiring when it's uncomfortable. Divine Timing is a natural law. Life becomes easier when we wait and remember...for everything there is a season.

Having patience is difficult for most people. Sometimes I wonder if it is inertia, that we just get on a roll and find it hard to stop. I have had times when it did not seem possible for me to slow down, because it felt like there was so much to do. Life gets very stressful in those moments.

But how much time does it actually take to slow down enough to breathe a little deeper, stop for one minute to put my hands on my heart to feel that inner sense of coherence? If I can remember my alignment to Source energy, my whole being changes and I feel so much more connected and grounded. This one-minute process can change our consciousness and bring us back into the wisdom of the heart.

Be Grateful for All That You Have and All That You Are.

With all that is going on in the world and in our lives, it is easy to get disgruntled. Sometimes it is easier to let our thoughts go into the negative channels, where we seem to have a habitual groove, and ruminate on how bad things seem to be.

It takes discipline and effort to switch to a different channel where we can look from a higher perspective with more gratitude. When we do this, it can take us directly into our hearts, and then from our heart's intelligence we are able to create from a more resourceful place.

Gratitude is the attitude that gives us the inspiration we need so we can feel more love and appreciation for our lives. That is because Gratitude is a powerful energy surge that raises our vibrational frequencies to the level where we can see beyond the immediate appearance of disharmony to the truth of the dynamic force of the Divine working in our lives.

We’ve told you many times, dear ones, that most of you have traveled from 300 years in the future to be here at this junction of time and space. You’ve moved backwards to be here at this very critical balancing point of planet Earth and it’s a magical time. Although much of what is happening can be viewed as negative, we do not see it that way. Quite simply, that’s how humans usually perceive change because you like to be on a steady course. So, when massive change starts to occur on planet Earth it can be viewed as a negative.

This channel took place right before the Super Moon, on July 3rd. The energies continue to expand throughout this time. There have been portals, such as the Equinox & Solstice, however, this time is particularly intense! There is an alignment within the universe that hugely impacts everything else that is happening.

The Goddess spoke at length at the beginning about how the truth will always come out with these energies. It is as if when you look at people; you will know if they speak the truth. In the choices you make if you are not honest with yourself; you will know and have to adjust. There is so much illusion in the 3rd dimension that we have all been accustomed to not looking beneath the surface. Now, when things are not in alignment or you have problem after problem, you have got to acknowledge it and figure out what to do. So many people remain in jobs, places, and relationships that are pulling them down and they can no longer ignore what the universe is saying to them.
