Message for October 2026

As the ebb and flow of the tides of life continue to twist and turn, many of us are still feeling quite bewildered and confused. It's as though sometimes we feel as though we’re here, sometimes we feel there, and sometimes we feel as though we’re somewhere in between. It's hard to articulate, but there are times when it all feels overwhelming and confusing, but there are other times when it feels exactly as it should be. No one ever said life was easy!

There is no doubt that there are days when navigating the ever-changing path feels too much; it's as though we become overloaded with information, emotion, experiences, awareness, and we switch off as a result. For the sensitive souls amongst us, it's easy to see how this can happen as the buzz of the world seems to be getting louder and louder. It's as though someone's turned the volume up on all of our senses and everything is louder: smells, sights, sounds, and even feelings.

The theme for October is “Reflect, Review, Reconsider”

After the sorting and simplification process of September, it is now time to review where you are in your life. This process may take you back to a reflection of old dreams, goals, habits, attachments, identities, routines, ways of reacting, and patterns. What needs reconsidering is how you will be moving forward in your life. There is a lot going on in the world today and good discernment on how you personally wish to proceed is key. You will need some clarity and to consider yourself first; your own needs, your boundaries, your new desires and intentions. One way to start is by asking yourself: If there was no one else in your life to consider, what would you be doing? Once you get clarity and certain truth about this review, then reflect on each of your responsibilities to others and considerations you have agreed to. There is still an opportunity to shed something old and focus on a completion that needs to happen whether it is a relationship or a habitual routine you have fallen into that needs to change. There are many things that are out of your control, especially the reactions, beliefs and actions of others. So, focus on yourself and what you have the ability to change.

October’s Gifts: A Sacred Journey of Heart, Self-Worth, and Authentic Relationship, Sharon-Ann Riley, 2 October 2026

2/10/2026

Act I: The Arrival & The Internal Mirror

The Somatic Turn

The air changes first in the morning, carrying a quiet weight that settles into the skin before the mind registers the turning calendar. 🍃 October does not arrive as an abstract concept or a simple date on a page; it unfolds as a direct physical shift. You feel a sudden urge to step back from outward noise and adjust your pace because your nervous system naturally registers this month as a major seasonal transition. As the light shifts and the collective momentum of the year begins to turn, your body intuitively knows it can no longer run on autopilot. It pulls your focus inward to protect your capacity, creating the necessary space to process what you have carried over the preceding months. 🌿 This initial shift asks you to recognize that your need to slow down is physical intelligence at work, inviting you to notice where you hold tension, where your breathing has become shallow, and how your daily rhythm can adapt to honor a gentler tempo.

The Heart Recalibration

That physical pause immediately impacts the emotional center, opening a practical window to audit where your energy goes on a daily basis. As Venus stations retrograde early in the month, the pressure to maintain constant availability comes to a complete halt. There is no urgency or panic here, only permission to review your current commitments, examine where you have been over-extending, and quietly lay down expectations you were never meant to carry alone. This phase requires an honest assessment of your energetic return, asking yourself which relationships and projects nourish your spirit and which ones merely drain your reserves.

10/4 • Sun (core essential Self) ~oppose~ Saturn (physical limits & definition of reality):
This is an annual process of development. The Sun makes it personal and all about you, the individual. Saturn helps move your timeline along and build the literal aspects of life, the basics of providing for yourself (food, shelter etc) and your own personal limitations. What renewed aspect of Self got activated about 6-months ago and how do you want that to fully develop over the next 6-months? This is a potent midpoint, the most powerful course-correcting time in any cycle, this one being an annual meeting between Sun & Saturn, a check-point between you and your responsibilities. Each year, you evolve, some years more consciously than others so this is a good time to check-in with your own personal definitions of what you are or are no longer responsible for. Often, this energy activates a push-pull between who you are and who you want to be; between what you want to do and what you have to do. My age-old advice is to: do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do. And while it may not be the easiest path, it is usually worth it for the peace of mind that it brings. You may swing between extremes of fulfilling all your obligations to the neglect of your own Truth & Purpose -or- neglecting your obligations and doing whatever you choose, which only means those obligations will be there when you get to them and they will have most likely increased by the time you do. Balance is the key! Practice, there is no perfection and it’s time to practice handling business before pleasure.

Ascension Update: The Turnpike Pause, The Thin Veils, and Claiming Your Throne, Sharon-Ann Riley, 1 October 2026

1/10/2026

Dear Soul Family,

If this current energetic window feels undeniably strange, please take a deep breath. It often feels like sitting at a massive, multi-lane highway interchange, a turnpike where a dozen different off-ramps are roaring past, yet you feel temporarily parked, unsure of which lane is actually yours. 🚗💨

For Empaths, Sensitives, and Starseeds who have walked this path for a long time, it is so easy to look sideways. We watch other people making visible, massive moves while our own lives look quiet, and a deep wave of frustration creeps in. We wonder why nothing seems to be happening for us while the rest of the world is racing ahead. 🌌

Yet spending your energy measuring your journey against someone else's timeline is an immediate leak of your own power. When that heavy wave of frustration washes over you, understand what is really happening beneath the surface. That irritation is not an indicator that you are falling behind. Instead, it is your deeper consciousness drawing a hard line, rebelling against an old game you were never meant to keep playing.

Mercury Moves Into Scorpio: From Diplomatic Words to Unfiltered Truth, Sharon-Ann Riley, 30 September 2026

30/9/2026

September 30th to December 6th, 2026

If you have noticed a sudden shift from polite small talk to a desire for real, unfiltered honesty, there is a reason for it. 🔮

Mercury, the planet governing our thoughts, speech, and perception, has left diplomatic Libra behind and plunged into the deep, quiet waters of Scorpio. 🌊 For the past several weeks, Libra invited us to see all sides of a story, seek harmony, and keep the peace. Yet, when overextended, that gentle air energy can lead to overthinking, pleasing others at our own expense, or staying safely on the surface.

This transit is not a brief shift. Because Mercury turns retrograde on October 24th, it will remain in Scorpio for over two full months. Rather than a quick passing phase, this extended stay gives us a dedicated window to quiet the noise, listen to our intuition, and realign our lives with authentic truth. ✨

Politeness for the sake of appearances is naturally fading into the background. In its place comes a genuine longing for emotional depth, clarity, and real connection.

September 2026 has been a month of profound recalibration, a relentless dismantling of old illusions, copying mechanisms, and internal imbalances. So much of the month has been about learning who you are becoming while the old structures of our life were being systematically stripped away.

We started the month transitioning out of survival and into the energy of creation. The eclipse energy purposefully triggered sudden disruptions aimed at challenging our rigid expectations. The pressure pulled us deeply into an internal space that demanded absolute clarity while magnifying the imbalances in our system. This reached a dramatic turning point with the recent Full Moon on September 26th.

Acting as a cosmic line in the sand, this lunation illuminated exactly where we have been hiding behind masks or compromising our boundaries to keep the peace. The energy flooded us with undeniable gut feelings and intuitive hits about what we truly need shifting our focus back to our sovereign selves.

Hi All,

Today, the angels dive into some of the difficult questions many are asking. Is the world going to end? What's true? What can we believe? I'll share personal experiences that point to our power to create and how we can calibrate ourselves more easily. This is a thought-provoking discussion ranging from AI to shifting timelines, and our power to choose the reality we wish to live! Grab your favorite beverage. This is a long one.

Have a blessed & beautiful week :)
♥ Ann

Message from the Angels

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Today we're going to dive into a question many of you have been asking in one form or another: In a world where you are bombarded with strong, differing opinions and increasingly simulated realities what can you believe?

Your Shiny Objects, Brenda Hoffman, 28 September 2026

28/9/2026

Dear Ones,

Perhaps your life is changing daily, or maybe you do not feel any shifts in your personal life. Such is to be expected, just as it is true that infants teach themselves to turn and crawl, but not all infants do so on a specific date.

So some days you will feel frazzled without any outward indication of why, and other days nothing that can be defined as good or bad is notable. Everyone reading this material and listening to or observing other transition materials has completed their major transition piece. You are now merely fine-tuning what is.

Do not waste your time and energy worrying about your transition. It has happened. You are simply enhancing your transition skills at your pace and in ways that interest you.

Some of you will appear as a more sophisticated transition being, encouraging others to pine for a similar pace, not understanding that each of you is a unique individual. You have transitioned. That is all you need to be concerned about for the various skills you will claim are just starting to display within your inner being.

Mars Moves Into Leo: It's Time to Stop Shrinking and Shine, Sharon-Ann Riley, 28 September 2026

28/9/2026

September 28th – November 25th, 2026

Having recently released under the Full Moon in Aries, the energy now completely shifts.

Mars, the planet of action, drive, and courage, has left the emotional waters of Cancer and roared into bold, radiant Leo.

If the last few weeks felt protective, sensitive, and a little tired, this is why. Mars in Cancer made us want to hide, heal, and guard our hearts.

Mars in Leo wants us to be seen. 🌟

Laying Your Coat Over the Mud

Mars in Cancer was thick, heavy mud. It forced us to slow down, feel every step, and look at where we felt drained or unprotected. But we are not meant to sit down and live in the mud.

9/27 • Mars Enters LEO (until Nov 25th):
It will probably feel good to have Mars shift from Cancer into Leo so look for that expansion and uplifted spirit for the next month or two while Mars lights up the Leo Department of your life. Mars entering Leo is an opportunity to get creative and have some fun, no matter how challenging life may be in the moment. This energy helps you magnetize your desires when you shine the Light of your Authentic Self. This is the placement of knowing who you are, who you want to be perceived to be and how you want to express, experience and obtain your Heart’s Desire. If you’ve been over-accommodating to others, giving until your exhausted, then this energy will give you permission to pull inward to do some much-needed pampering & self-care. Reconnect with your true value & self-worth and know that when you express your true self, you magnetize abundance, support & protection. The Shadow of this, of course, is ego, looking the part but not being the part and expecting others to change before you will even budge. It’s not time for that! It’s time to lead by example!
