​We're currently experiencing an extreme polarity between the old and the new, leading to a cycle of review and reset. This cosmic shift is stirring up the energies around us, forcing us to confront what's no longer serving us. Outdated patterns, habits, and relationships are being called out, making way for growth, renewal, and transformation.

The intensity of this cycle can be overwhelming, especially for sensitives and empaths. Their heightened sensitivity to the energies around them can make it difficult to navigate the turbulent emotions and vibrations that are currently permeating the collective consciousness. In these moments, it's essential to prioritize self-care, self-love, and self-awareness.

The celestial body 3I/Atlas is approaching, and its influence is expected to activate old themes and patterns that we've been trying to overcome.
