Soul Rebirth: Navigating the Cycle of Renewal, Sharon-Ann Riley, 21 September 2025

​We are in the eye of the storm right now, with stillness in the chaos. Within this stillness, the ego might feel uncomfortable with the new energy, as it can feel like walking on a tightrope, trying to balance extremes. The ego's tendency to react impulsively can be triggered, but it's essential to remember that we have a choice in how we respond. Many empaths may be having flashbacks to childhood or traumatic events, but this is also an opportunity to observe these experiences from a different perspective and send healing to those parts of ourselves. By being aware of our ego's reactions and choosing how we respond, we can navigate this energy with more ease and emerge stronger and unconditional.  

It's normal to feel conflicting emotions. Practicing self-compassion and patience can be a powerful way to support ourselves during this time. One way to cultivate self-compassion is by choosing thoughts that uplift and inspire us. By committing to thoughts that align with our true nature, we can shift our foundation and create a ripple effect in our lives. It's like throwing a pebble into a pond – the impact may seem small at first, but it can have far-reaching consequences that we can't even imagine. By choosing aligned and authentic thoughts, we're seeding a new garden, and even the intent itself can bring about profound changes. You don't need to practice anything elaborate; simply making the choice to focus on positive, empowering thoughts can be enough to set this process in motion.

​Death, rebirth, death, rebirth, death, rebirth. That's what's happening right now, and it's normal to feel like you're caught between abundance and doom. As the old stuff gets purged from your system, you might find yourself waking up between 2 and 6 AM - that's the astral plane doing some heavy lifting. Expect some physical symptoms too: body aches, allergies, skin issues. It's all part of the deep cleanse. In these moments, take a deep breath, be gentle with yourself, and trust that you're being guided towards renewal. You're not alone in this, and the intensity will ease.
