​The theme for November is “Discovery”

This is discovery on many levels. Discovery of parts of yourself you never knew or have forgotten about, newfound stamina for change, flexibility you did not think you had, uncomfortable truths about yourself or others, and many things that have been hidden under the surface both personally and in your greater environment and communities. This is all part of the completion cycle of this year as well as an opening into a new landscape that requires a final clearing of past attachments.

One of the major themes for the month is to discover who you are authentically and what you really want. In order for this clarity to surface, you may need to revisit your old dreams and goals and intentions and feel into whether or not they are still viable or congruent with who you are today. Releasing old intentions no longer probable creates the space and clarity needed for allowing new energy to bring something new into your life. This has been a major theme throughout the year and is now coming to a close as we are reaching the end of 2025. Especially with the full moon coming up on the 5th, it is a good time to focus on this as we begin the month.

Discovering what is true for you may go against what others think or expect so you will need to be clear and have good boundaries around your new intentions. Start with really looking at what is on your plate right now. Is it what you want? Are there obligations that do not need to be there? What can you discover about what has been neglected, what needs more energy and nourishment and what needs to be pruned?

Although this month’s theme of discovery centers mostly around self and inner work, it will also influence the greater environment, community, politics, global issues and negotiations. Things previously hidden may come to light and truths emerge. Be ready and willing to adapt as some of the influences later in the month portend unexpected events that could influence big change and transformation. Always strive for balance between where you are now and where you wish to go as well as between your inner work and outer expression and manifestation.

There is a sense of adventure with this month’s energy. The thought of venturing into the unknown may push come of you into fear and some of you into excitement. There is a fine line between the two. Think of discovering new experiences, new information, new landscapes and new likes and dislikes. You may even find an urge to travel to a new place and experience a new culture. You may also be inspired to make changes in your immediate environment or on your person, changing up a wardrobe or style. Remember you need to eliminate any attachment to past identities and habitual behaviors first.

All in all it is a month that supports expansion, abundance and a leveling up of your energy field. There may be challenges and bumps along the way as you navigate your shadows and discover unprocessed karmic debris, however the end result will be a breakthrough that is inevitable as progress and evolution only go in one direction. Faith and a trust in spirit is required as it may take us awhile to get there.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

This is a great month to discover new parts of yourself as well as aspects that need attention or release. Breakthroughs are possible especially around issues that have been stubbornly stuck due to the fear of change or confusion around direction. As you continue cleaning up and tying up loose ends, the clarity about direction and the discovery of what is important to you will be solidified. A good part of this month is focused inwardly and close to home giving you the opportunity to pay close attention to details as you sort through your priorities and eliminate what is no longer attractive or desirable to you. Reflect on your container and what and who is in it. Are they obligations you no longer need to carry? Are they just as exciting to you now as when you first engaged with them? This is a time of sorting but also a time to discover what is yours, what is not, what parts of yourself you have been missing, what talents and things you love to do have been neglected, and what you need to do to achieve balance and harmony in your life.

RELATIONSHIPS

This could be an exciting month to discover more depth in current important relationships, attraction and agreements in new ones, and the need to complete and let go of ones in the past. Spend some time focusing on your relationship with self, your health, needs, desires and creativity. Discover the truth of who you are and what you want as well as the truth of who you are not. Discover things about others you never knew before and things about what you love and don’t love about your own life that are maybe just coming into the light. Take time for yourself when you need it and reach out to others socially when you feel the pull. There may be times during the month when there is tension around relationships especially when boundaries are being set and truths are being shared. Pay attention to your communication and make sure you think before you speak and always come from a place of kindness even if you feel irritated. Clear up any miscommunication as quickly as possible without blame or feeling victimized.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

There is motivation this month to discover new ways of supporting your health and to anchor new commitments to self-care. As we move through some ups and downs this month you may feel at times low in energy and at times over energized. You may also feel the ups and downs emotionally and wonder what those emotions are connected to. Give your emotions room without judging or identifying or defining them. This may all be a part of the completion cycle and clearing off of karmic debris as you tie up loose ends. Protection is important during these times as well as a regular clearing of your energy field. We call this energetic hygiene and it will help to keep your vibration from matching drama that is not yours. You may discover how holding issues for someone else has affected your health and with that clarity you can make a choice to eliminate any energy that does not belong to you

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECTS

A good time to take a look at what is on your plate, what current projects you have, what partnerships or teams you work with, what you are still inspired by and what you resist and why.  It may be time to do some house cleaning and pruning of your involvements if they are not giving your heart and essence any juice.  If you find you need to make a change, engage in a thoughtful and deliberate completion cycle knowing you will be creating the space for something else to come in. Beware of holding on to something that does not fit until you find the right thing. Eliminate the bad fit first, making space, and then the new right thing has a space to come into. Never make a decision out of fear or reaction.

You may discover a whole new territory in your work and business you never knew you had a talent or attraction to. Keep your options open and yourself flexible and receptive. The most important thing is to be aware of what you don’t want and to do something about it. The rest will follow.

ENVIRONMENT

The theme of discovery in relation to the earth, climate, weather and environmental issues may bring some new discoveries that influence future approaches and understandings of how better to steward and navigate an ever-changing landscape. The potential for unexpected events should be taken into consideration for flexibility and last-minute changes and delays in travel and other plans. The water element continues to dominate, bringing either floods or drought. Work with whatever comes without resistance.

Since water is a strong elemental this month it is suggested your work with water as a cleansing and life-giving element. Be around water, honor it, work with it, and pay attention to the place it holds in your life. Use it to clean your personal environment and to symbolically feed the plant that is you so you can bloom as a flower to your highest potential. In your personal physical environment continue to clear, eliminate, change, make space, and bring in beauty, creativity and something new to support a new beginning and a clear direction forward.

November 1-7

Start the month off with a focus on self, a practice in gratitude, and a truthful examination of what is on your plate at the present moment. Notice whether any of it is connected to old dreams, intentions, identities or the expectations of others. Where do you have clarity about what needs more energy and nurturing as opposed to a release of an old attachment? Feed what is important but make space by pruning out what is no longer appropriate. With gratitude and inspiration, open a field of possibilities for expansion and discovery. The full moon influences may bring a desire to fall back into what is known and physically comfortable. Watch stubbornness as an influence that may block the opportunity to move in a new direction. These can be conflicting needs that will have to find balance as you navigate the beginning of the month.

November 5: Super Full Moon in Taurus is Wednesday, November 5th at 6:19AM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

There are 2 main themes to this super moon. One is working with expansion, abundance and new potential, the other is pushing through the resistance of change and letting go of the known edge of comfort. The time frame brings up all of our needs for comfort and the support of the physical body and its sense of safety, known patterns and habits. These need to be honored through some self-care and nourishing of home and personal space. On the other hand we are being nudged and urged to dream outside the box and expand our intentions to include more abundance and a step into the bigger picture of our lives. What do you desire that you have not allowed yourself to dream about?

Watch for stubbornness and take careful and intentional steps towards what you have clarity about. It is a good time to reflect on intentions, old and new and to discern what to keep on that plate and what to let go of.

November 8-14

Tie up loose ends, move your focus inward, and pay attention to details. If things in your life slow down, don’t get impatient. Trust right timing instead. This is a time frame where you may be challenged around communication, electronics, delays, and various other mishaps. Take everything in stride with humor and do what needs to be done without resistance, whether it is calling a plumber, clearing up miscommunication, or changing travel plans. This is also a good time to bring your focus towards the smaller details of your life instead of dwelling in the larger expanded picture. In fact, if there is something that needs your attention, you will be forced to focus on the details. Think of the smaller picture as being an important piece of the larger one. If you feed the details, the foundation of the larger context will be stronger.

There is also an aspect that encourages us to take action in the right direction, and there should be clarity as to which direction you are moving towards. Don’t rush into rush into anything. Think things through and make sure you read all contracts and agreements very carefully.

November 15-22

This time frame supports the creative feminine aspect as well as the unearthing and discovery of what has been hidden both internally and externally. You may be surprised by some new discovery or a new opportunity. Or perhaps a relative or past friend will surface you have not had contact with in a while. You may also rediscover a desire or talent from the past that has been asleep on a shelf for a time. Or a project that has not received support will suddenly be funded. A new sense of inspiration will encourage you to be creative and to reach for new goals that are close to your heart. Take advantage of this time and move forward with intention.

November 23-30

This is a window of clarity, expansion and choice. You may experience the completion of a karmic cycle or the final understanding of lessons learned. It is a good time to honor yourself for all the hard work around challenges and personal growth you have pushed through in the past number of months. As this cycle comes to an end, you can celebrate the wisdom it has given you. Use that wisdom now to feed a new vision and an expanded sense of what is possible. If you are faced with a choice, be flexible and move towards a new discovery and adventure instead of moving back into something safe and comfortable.
