Love Is Multidimensional, Shelly Dressel, 12 June 2025

This is a really amazing way to experience self love.  For so many people, talking about self love can be very uncomfortable. There are so many layers, many of which are unconscious. Self love can be described as accepting who you are, the good and the bad.  It can be knowing you are worthy of love.  It can be the awareness that you have more strength, compassion, and awareness than you give yourself credit for. So often, people consider self love through the expression of others.  However, it is truly the foundation for who you are.

During this journey, the Goddess had each of us look at our lives, at the most impactful aspect.  This could be experiences, relationships, or whatever came to mind.  It ended up being so much that she then said, Consider the top three.  When you are able to look at significant events in your life, it is a reflection of your perception of both yourself and others.  This can help you to see strength, compassion, love and determination that you may not give yourself credit for.  You ARE worthy of love!!

The Goddess also had each of us look at ourselves as if we were looking in the mirror.  The mirror work has been very powerful for a lot of people.  When you look in the mirror, you see yourself from your ego, or your human experience.  When you then look at yourself from your soul, you see thinking differently.  Your soul loves you unconditionally.  So all those times you judge yourself, your soul looks with love and compassion, often times recognizing that you have more strength than you realize.

So multidimensional love is the realization of yourself in your earthly perception AND the perception from your soul.

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out in this now moment, sending my love, my light, my essence into each one of you.


Throughout these journeys, I am here to amplify the opportunities that are already available for you. Each one of you chose to be a part of the life transition that’s going on right now.  You chose to be a part of the spiritual ascension that is happening right now. So, breathe in and out as if you are filling up your lungs, as if you are filling up all of your energy, not only with your own energies that are in and around you, but with I, the Goddess, as I anchor and amplify all within you.

As you breathe, every breath is giving you life. Every breath is filled with the particles of energy that are around you, so that every time you’re breathing in, you breathe in whatever the energy may be that is around you. If you find yourself in a situation where maybe there’s pollution, maybe there’s low vibration, but something that causes you not to feel as balanced, then consciously choose that you’re breathing in your divinity and your higher self, that you’re breathing down that essence of your own divinity. You can, of course, choose to do that all the time, and once you start doing it with a conscious intention, it will become automatic.


But be present. Your breathing allows you to be present in the moment. It can allow your focus to be inside on whatever you may be feeling or thinking.

Take a moment to create that ball of light energy in and around your heart center. As you do so, again, you’re allowing your focus to be within this space. You then send a stream of that energy from that ball of light.  It moves down, going all the way down through your energy bodies. It anchors into the earth, and then it spreads out in different directions. Feel what the vibration of the Earth is to you.

You then let that come up through that stream of light that you sent down. It now comes back up, aligning with your heart center, and then it goes up through your throat, your third eye, your head center, your crystalline energy bodies, and then you send it up into the space of your higher self. Look around at what this place is for you.

Some of you are very accustomed to being here within this space. Others of you are beginning to connect with it, and it is as if you are creating a relationship with your higher self. You can feel the movement of energy.


You let your consciousness move even further up. You follow that thread of light that connects into your divinity. As this thread of light moves into your soul essence and the soul plane, you automatically blend with your divinity.  And as you do so, you can feel your energies expand even further. For some, it’s that feeling of coming home. For others, it’s a potential of looking around at the other lifetimes that are present here for you.  Your soul essence is also that link into the universe. It’s that place that feels like home. It’s that place that is God, Goddess, and all blended together as one.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you as our energies merge together. You move into the all that is. You always find your spot within the All That Is, so you can feel what this looks like. Some of you may have a sense of seeing what it looks like. Sometimes this is a place of creation.

Well, actually, it is always a place of creation. But sometimes it’s where you can try out different experiences to see what’s going to most fully support you. So here within the All That Is,  look around.

I invite you to have a perception that you are looking at your life. In the beginning, you may see activities that have occurred throughout your life or experiences. Take a look at the people that have been present in your life.  Some are more important than others. Some are with you throughout your entire life. I invite you to see if there are certain specific experiences that stand out to you.

These experiences may be in part because they were fabulous, an important day in your life. There are others that may have been traumatic to you. There are others that set up the foundation of your life.

Consider love. Feel as if you have love within your heart, and then feel how it moves. As you are considering love and you look at some of these situations again, are there certain things where that love within you gets bigger? And then perhaps others where it seems to be smaller. Your experiences and relationships are reflections of you in this life.

Consider, if you will, the phrase self-love. There have been many opportunities in your life when you might have worked on self-love. You might have noticed that you are harsh with yourself and so diminished self-love. Consider, as you look at these experiences, okay, let’s do this. Take perhaps the top three experiences, be they something positive or negative, but just three experiences that have deeply impacted you in this life.  Okay, so let’s just clear out the other so it’s not as much of a distraction.

Circling back around to self-love. What I have noticed, and this is one reason I wanted to clear it out, is that for many of you, self-love was a reflection of relationships with others.  By clearing out, except for those three primary experiences, I can now see that many of you are able to discern more fully what self-love is to you. There are so many ways that you can define self-love. Love of self, where you see yourself, you value yourself, you understand what your gifts may be, such as what you might do with another individual.

Consider, if you will, how certain relationships seemed to build you up, and then other relationships seem to pull you down. Perhaps that’s part of what surrounds you. Your love and acceptance for who you are, who you have become in this lifetime, is reflected in these relationships. 

For some, you may have struggled throughout all or even the majority of your life in finding that value within you. The question then arose, is self-love how you value yourself? They are very close to one another, but there’s that slight difference, which is self-love is a state of being. When we frequently talk about your soul and that light or the vibration or the energy that comes into you from your soul, that is you at the very core essence of who you are, filling you up with energy.  That is unconditional love for you.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

That perception that your soul is different than you, the human, is something that goes along with the way in which humanity has been detached.  You called it the veil, you called it the erasing of memories, and then every lifetime, you had to relearn. However, your soul always knows you, and your soul is always infinitely present within you. Your soul is the manifestation of God, God within you.

This is where that sense of self-love is founded within you or anchored within you. We’ve spoken so often about dimensions. When you look at your life and you look at these experiences, you see them through the eyes and the consciousness and the awareness that you are accustomed to.

As you open to this understanding of self-love or awareness or actualization, look again at those experiences. You are looking from a higher frequency now, and you can most likely see these experiences from a different perspective. Okay? I’m noticing for many of you, there are relationships that have been very, very long-term, and you feel that flow and that motion that moves between you.  Then, as you look from a much greater understanding of who you are, you can have a new alignment with that individual, or perhaps it’s a group.

If there is a situation that has impacted you that was traumatic, it will frequently leave an imprint on your emotions, on a cellular level, for how it has impacted you in this life. Look at it from a place in which you transition your awareness for who you are.

Transition into this place of greater love and acceptance. Look at that situation through the eyes of compassion, maybe compassion for you, maybe compassion for others. If possible, allow it to release.  As you let it go from this place, it also heals within that cellular memory inside of you. These situations may just shift away, perhaps dissolve.

I invite you to look at yourself as if perhaps you are looking in a mirror, or as if you are standing here in front of you.  As you look at this person, most likely you’ve had a long lifetime of experiences, and there are times when it gives you that harsh feeling, but look at this person with love. Look at this person with understanding that so many of those challenging times created this amazing being that you are. This is not about what your ego may think.  This is about you looking at everything that is you and acknowledging that you are most likely way more than what you give yourself credit for. By more, I mean you have more love inside of you, you have more compassion, you have strength, you have beauty, you have abilities, and it’s not these separate things that define you. It’s that inner core that is you from your soul that allows you to discern what this is.

There you go. I feel a lot of emotion being released from many of you. Just as you might honor or respect or acknowledge someone else, feel that honor and love and respect for you.  You may be looking as if separate from you, but everything going through you is is anchoring within you. Have a sense of merging together. And as you’re looking at your life, if there’s something that you might be struggling with right now, draw from this feeling of depth and strength within you.  And look at that situation from that higher perspective. Perhaps there are more insights available for you.

I recognize that some of you have a situation that you know you need to change, but there’s something that’s been holding you back.  Look at that situation from this presence of love within you, this presence of awareness for who you truly are and understand whatever it is that you may need to do. For so many of you, if there’s a hard decision that you’ve been putting off, making that decision from this perspective is honoring you, and that will help you to expand, actually make you even stronger.

As if you are taking another step up, maybe one, two, three steps up, look at yourself.  Look at that beautiful light. In all of you, there’s this white light that is this core essence of who you are. And then from that light are many different colors.  I’m seeing several that have this kind of a essence that looks like a star or like a fireworks or something that is going on. Consider those times when you would be so strong and supportive for others. Now be that for you.

Oh, there was this sense of yes, I am worthy. And worthiness is one of those things that is so much a part of humanity that I, from this God source, know is just intrinsically within each one of you. Worthiness is something to prove.  There’s nothing to prove. You are automatically worthy because you’re you. Because you’re alive.  Because you’re directly linked into your soul. Let that belief system move through you, filling you up.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

So as we are here and present, self-love is a state of being that is reflected by everything around you. Be love. Be you.

I invite everyone to come together as a group. There are a lot of different shining lights that are emanating from each one of you. And as you come into this group, not only do you enhance one another, but it creates this consciousness that is associated with love of self, acceptance of self, and belief in oneself.

And coming up within that is the hologram of the Earth. All of that moves into the hologram and even more. And as it moves within the hologram, there is a movement.

The hologram begins to take on all that beautiful energy. And it sends some out into the universe that is anchored, and the remainder comes back down into the Earth. As this hologram connects with the Earth, it spreads around. And it goes down into the center, anchoring, so that it then reverses and comes back up. It comes back up through every layer. It comes back up, anchoring within you. And it comes back up into the consciousness that is in and around you.

Consider what a difference society would be like if everyone could have that sense of love, acceptance, value within themselves. The remainder of your consciousness comes back down. It streams back down into and around you. And you take a moment as you balance these energies within you.

Affirm that you are love.  Affirm the beauty and the value and the essence that is you. It has nothing to do with anything around you. It is simply within you.  And then you share that out to those that are around you.

I offer you an intention for a task, if you so choose. Pay attention to who you are. Pay attention to what decisions you may make if the foundation for everything is I am love. If you are love, then that is going to be reflected into whatever’s around you. Love is something that fills you up. Love gives you strength. Love gives you a perspective that comes filled with compassion. Love is everything.

So look at yourself, first and foremost, through the eyes of love. Experience what that is for you. Understanding that love is infinite. Therefore, you are infinite.
