​The themes for July are ”Creating, Re-inventing, Persevering“

As many astrologers are saying, we are in the best of times and the worst of times. The best of times are the opportunities like never before to create, re-invent and reset our lives, moving to that higher octave of functioning. The worst of times is to witness the destruction associated with the collapse of the old paradigm and its structures. The worst of times is the struggle of the physical plane (including our bodies) to catch up to the energy of transformation and change. One can easily become victimized by this process, unable to take advantage of the opportunity for re-invention.

This month we need to be reminded of one of the main themes of the year which is to Re-Invent the self, purpose, and experience of life. This take enormous creativity which is available to us in a big way if we choose to engage it. We are all creative beings by nature as we are creating our lives every moment. It is important to become aware and to acknowledge this creativity by engaging in some creative experience as well as approaching everything you do with attention to it being a creative process. For example, when you cook a meal or prepare food, it is a creative process. It also comes with the necessary destruction of the original form of the food.

The challenges this month include staying present and neutral and resisting the seduction of jumping into unnecessary drama. There is enough going on within your own internal and external home to keep you occupied and processing this month. Using the theme of courage from June’s forecast, we can persevere through the challenges this month by putting one foot in front of the other and just doing step by step what we know we need to do. There may be some hard truths to look at and some difficult addictions and attachments to release, however the freedom on the other side will be well worth it.

In order to re-invent your life, you must make room for something new by releasing the old, and then use your imagination and creativity to think and dream outside the box, beyond the edge of your comfort, stretching your capacity, and then engaging courage to persevere and not give up. We have an interesting combination of the opportunity for dreaming beyond the boundaries of our limited beliefs and the need for discipline to do what it takes to stay with the process of transformation.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

A strong suggestion is to engage in something creative. Get some colored pens, write your to do list in color, try a new recipe, wear something bolder, change your art, furniture or placements. Take a class in something creative. This is not to make you into an “artist” but simply to ignite the creative energy so important for these times.

You may find yourself struggling with the hard truth of something that needs to be released, energies or people you have been tolerating, drama that is not yours, personal habits that are not healthy, or even old dreams and intentions that are no longer viable.

Perseverance is the discipline needed to stick with your choices and intuitive decisions no matter how challenging the process. We have amazing windows of clarity, creativity and intuition this month as well as support for more social interactions, potential new relationships and positive personal growth. It is important that you take time for yourself to contemplate and listen to your own inner voice, releasing the voices that are not yours and following your own intuition. Stay present, neutral and responsible.

RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships may go through ups and downs this month, the best of times and the worst of times. Focus on the ones that are best aligned, supportive and easy. Past wounds may surface and if so, you will need to take responsibility for releasing, forgiving, completing and moving on. Do not expect others to do it for you.

The potential for new agreements and ecstatic social interactions is also possible this month. Focus your creativity on how you can be more available to yourself and others with authenticity, vulnerability and presence. Use your intuition to see the truth around your relationships and what needs to change, whether a need to re-energize a connection or release an attachment. If a relationship is worth keeping, use your intuition and creativity for inspiration.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

The body may be struggling to keep up. You may be experiencing aches, pains, structural issues, immune issues, or digestive issues. It is important this month to take the time to support the body, doing what it takes for much needed self-care. Notice where you have procrastinated getting help and do it now. Mental health is another aspect of well-being that will need some attention. When you get bombarded with too many issues at one time, you may need to take some time out and pace yourself. It is OK to say no especially when something is not truly your responsibility. Because we have Martyrdom as an obstacle this year, it is easy to fall into feeling victimized. Know that you always have a choice and there is always support available.

The upside of this month is the creative solutions for health and well-being that come from listening to your own powerful inner voice and intuition.

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECTS

Observe from a place of neutrality what is either leaving your field or coming into your field. What have you been tolerating? What feels like old energy? Are you still operating from an old and tired system? What can you change and re-invent?

There is a great possibility for bringing new creative energy into projects that have been stagnant as well as new clarity and insight into where change or even release is needed. Reflect on any attachment to old intentions, dreams, visions and projects. Are they still truly what you want or is it time to refresh and upgrade? Since this month carries a social energy, there is also a great opportunity to connect with new collaborations and partnerships. Use discernment in what, where and whom you choose and then persevere towards your highest and best goals.

ENVIRONMENT

There is an emphasis on your inner home and inner environment. Are you carrying emotions for others? Are you harboring anger or resentment? Is your self-esteem needing an upgrade? Cleaning house is not only external but needs to be addressed internally as well. Do you feel at home within yourself?

We have spoken of decluttering often in the past and it is still a good and necessary practice. Decluttering your internal environment is just as important as decluttering your external environment. In order to create space for something new, you need to remove some of the clutter that includes your attachments to the way things should be.

The weather is unpredictable. The physical and emotional climate is volatile and it is best to make peace with whatever is and be extremely flexible in your plans especially around travel. See the change in weather patterns as supporting the necessary change that supports our evolution.

July 1-7

This is a window of intuitive opening, clarity and deeper connection to your spiritual self. Higher intellectual insights, downloads and truth are possible, giving you a better foundation for creative choice. It is a time you can more easily recognize what needs to happen in order for you to re-invent aspects of your life to be more aligned with the best possible future. Listen to messages from your inner wisdom and from your allies. This is a very potent time and should be acknowledged in some way. Be creative, be inspired and reach for that higher vibration in whatever way possible.

July 8-15

Use discernment to differentiate between illusion fueled by ego and true insight. Dreaming in something new can be very effective as long as you don’t get caught in the illusion of ego. If you have any attachment to “being right” or “knowing it all”, you may be operating from that illusion. Check with others if you are not sure. Sometimes others may see what you cannot. This is also a window of examining your truth. Any reactions out of resistance may not be truth but simply a triggered reaction. Make your truth about you and not a judgment about another.

This is a time frame where you can get a sense of stepping into a new part of your life. What have you been tolerating? Where do you need to change course? Re-inventing of self needs to include creativity, innovation and thinking outside the box. To be different you have to first feel different and then take appropriate action. Use the courage you connected with last month to encourage yourself to change what needs to be changed.

July 10: Full Moon in Capricorn is Thursday July 10, at 2:38 PM Mountain Daylight Time.
This is a good time to get organized, practical and responsible. This full moon supports hard work and discipline. You may need to put your emotions on a shelf so you can be the most productive in doing what needs to be done. If you feel overwhelmed with the responsibilities, ask for help. Your focus, discipline and attention will pay off. Encourage yourself and others to make a plan, avoid procrastination, and to do what is right. If there is karma involved, handle it in the best, kindest, compassionate way possible. If something needs completion or release, do it with neutrality.

July 16-23

Mercury goes retrograde on the 18th creating a good window of time to listen to your inner voice and to discern what is not your voice but belongs to someone else. Your inner voice will always provide you with your authentic personal truth that should be guiding you in what decisions and choices you make. This is also a highly creative window that supports transformation through creativity. So if you have not yet done anything creative this month, this would be the time to do it.

There is also a new playful and inspired energy available to feed your inner child and your social self. Take advantage of social invitations and opportunities to be with others provided they are in good alignment.

We end the month with a focus on power and what it means to each one of you. As you will become aware of power struggles in the greater global environment, reflect on any issues from the past having to do with your own personal power that may need to be acknowledged or processed. Forgive, release and know that your creativity, wisdom and truth are all part of your personal power that no one can take away.

Focus on home, internal and external, participate in social events, be around those that love you and face the future with optimism and trust.
