I'll share personal experiences that point to our power to create and how we can calibrate ourselves more easily. This is a thought-provoking discussion ranging from AI to shifting timelines, and our power to choose the reality we wish to live! Grab your favorite beverage. This is a long one.

Message from the Angels

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Today we're going to dive into a question many of you have been asking in one form or another: In a world where you are bombarded with strong, differing opinions and increasingly simulated realities what can you believe?

The answer is simpler than you might think. Instead of worrying about who or what to believe, believe in love. Believe in the innate goodness in the human heart. Believe in the power that lives and breathes inside of you and all beings. Know that you are not passive observers of creation, but part of it. You have an inner compass and guidance from the Creator itself that will help you intuit and sort out what is true for you, and what matches your truths.

Is your world ending? Many of you are wondering what to believe about your future. We want you to look inside. What is your truth? What future will you help to create? How do you choose to aim the precious power of your focus each day, and therefore the creative energy in the universe? Will you allow your inner power to be taken hostage by the fearful proclamations of others? Will you blindly accept that your world is going to be destroyed, that the earth's resources will run out, or that you must decline after a certain age?

Or will you choose, intentionally and consciously, to create a wonderful reality? Can you believe in a beautiful future for humanity? Can you imagine that new souls are being born with solutions to every problem humanity has created? Can you accept that aging occurs, but decline is not an inevitable conclusion? Where is your focus? What is your truth?

We promise you that there are far more human beings than you see on your news and social media who are already aligned with love, higher human values, and living in a way that supports a kind future. There are young people dreaming up solutions to help your earth. There are people working to resolve the challenges your new technology poses so they can guide it on a helpful path.

Will AI take over the world? Many of you have been asking our opinion on this. As always, we respond with a belief in the love that lives within you. You choose, dear ones, not by fighting it or fearing it, but by being good humans. Whether you interact with a family member or a computer, bring your kindness, your love, your desire for harmony, and also your personal truth.

We believe in a brilliant future for humanity, despite some very real risks. We believe in your light, your love, and your ability to make choices aligned with your own values. And while you can't control companies racing towards a "finish line" of creating machines purported to be smarter than humans, perhaps you can remember, from one moment to the next, that love is the greatest intelligence of all. Love is the substance from which the entire universe is created. The creator abides in love. When you are aligned with love you have nothing to fear.

Whether you are talking with a respected mentor or an AI, the process of enjoying your humanity is the same. Take in the contrast. Sort through the varying ideas and beliefs and integrate what feels like love to you. This is what you intended to do when you came to earth. Whether you are exposed to ideas presented by human beings or by sophisticated programs, weigh them carefully against your own truths. How do they feel? Do they resonate with you? What aligns with your values?

There is no greater authority for your own life and choices than the wisdom and love that lives within you. Just as you'd consult an informed person, you can consult your programs, but in the end, dear ones, take charge of your lives, your choices, and your decisions. We wouldn't advocate ever allowing anyone or anything to override your own feelings and your own truth. You can go to a mentor, a doctor, a guru, or an AI and receive wonderful information, but in the end, if it doesn't resonate with you, it won't help. You must find your own heart.

Consider an easy example. You want to lose weight. One person will insist you must eat only fruits and vegetables. Another may tell you to eat large amounts of protein. Another will have you near starvation. One will insist that you eat a grapefruit a day. Another will prescribe intense workouts. An AI might present you with a balanced diet plan after considering your health conditions and an exercise program tailored to your physical condition. Who is right?

They all are. Each human is right within the framework of their own human life and experience. The person who has lost weight eating protein is right about it working for them. The one losing weight by eating a grapefruit a day is right for themselves. Even the AI is right in the sense of gathering and presenting data that has been right for the humans who supplied its worldview.

But what is right for you? That depends, dear ones. What, out of all these ideas resonates with you? What system or diet feels nurturing, doable, and sustainable? What excites you and feels like hope? Take that course of action, do it, believe in it, and it will become your truth. If you truly, deeply believed that bananas and prayer alone were the answer to weight loss, then despite conventional wisdom, your belief could assist you in losing that weight.

Your truth—whatever you honestly believe—will become true for you. If you believe humans are bad, you'll see more badly behaving humans, and that truth will become even more true for you. If you believe in the goodness of humanity, you'll see more inspiring humans. This truth will become even more true for you.

If you believe AI can be employed for good, you will enjoy the wonderful things it can do to help you live a more human life. If you believe it is bad, you will see all sorts of things going on to reinforce that point of view. If you believe the world is going to run out of resources, there is plenty to validate that in present reality. If you believe humans have the creativity and capacity to find cleaner and kinder energy, you will see evidence of emerging technologies that have the capacity to resolve current problems.

You see, dear friends, all these contrasting realities exist. They are all real in your 3D world. The best and the worst exist right here and right now. They are all true. Diseases are being cured, and new diseases are being engineered. Humans are creating brilliant new energy sources that are far kinder to your planet, while humans are consuming resources in less than respectful ways. Both are true. There are countless human beings sharing beautiful and helpful information on your social media, and there are plenty spreading misinformation and fear.

If you take a good look at your world of contrast, you will see that for everything you worry about, there is something incredibly hopeful, and for everyone trying to do good, there are others trying to undermine it. This is not a cause to lose hope unless that is your truth. This is a wake-up call to realize that out of the billions of truths on your planet, you choose. What is your truth?

Our truth is that love underlies all creation, no matter how it is blocked or twisted. Our truth is that there is a light to be kindled in all human hearts. Our truth is that you can find ways to create clean energy, to clean up your oceans, and to live in a way that is harmonious with your planet. Our truth is that there is a solution for every problem, and that you, individually and collectively, are part of an energy stream that is eternally expanding in love.

Whether you agree with us or not, let your truth be rooted in what feels like love to you, and allow everyone else to find their truth. Let your choices be rooted in what feels like love to you, and in that vibration, you will be guided on a loving path towards the future you want to create.

Your collective human consciousness, dear friends, is voting for a beautiful future and a kind experience of organic life. Some believe that is possible while others don't. Some point out very real risks with your current technologies, while others hold a vibration of possibility and work on solutions. All are embracing their present "truths," but in the end, your "truths" define your experience of life on earth and chart a course toward the future you believe in.

There are as many timelines possible as there are beings in the universe. Each one is a possible reality to be lived.

Allow your choices to be rooted in love. Allow everyone else to make their own. In that vibration of love, you will be guided along a timeline that aligns with your truth, your values, and your desire to enjoy this precious life that you live.

Message from Ann...

Hi Everyone,

Mother Earth has been giving herself chiropractic adjustments, blowing off steam, and trying to shake off dissonant vibrations. And just like we feel a rush of energy and physical release when we get a good adjustment, the energy seems to be intensifying on this planet. It is a good time to remember that we must only align with our truth to have a good life, and we can let everyone else have their own.

That's good news if we're intentional about where we want to tune our energy. Not so much if we let our minds wander in fear of what others might be creating.

Just this week I had a heart-wrenching situation in which I was not sure if there would be a win-win. I had to make a choice to do something legally correct for myself. I knew it was the right thing to do for me, and I felt aligned when I made the choice, but after the fact, doubt and fear started to plague me as my conditioning crashed in. "Is it all going to be OK?" I asked the angels. I should have known their answer: "What are you going to create, Ann?"

They were right, and I knew it. I sat down immediately. I began to imagine a feeling of relief, knowing that everyone would end up finding a kind path and all would be OK. I dialed into the love I felt for all, even the person I did not know. I dialed into the feeling so thoroughly that my energy became a prayer. Within an hour, the other person wrote. We not only resolved it kindly, but with love, gratitude, and good wishes for each other.

These days the angels have been strongly reminding all of us to be more intentional. Rather than wondering about outcomes, they have been encouraging people to "dial in" to the feeling of the desired outcomes. And people have been having manifestations come quickly as a result. Timelines are shifting more rapidly.

What I mean by a timeline is a possible reality that you can live. In any given moment, there are more possible futures than we can imagine, and they all exist in potential. Our choices in each moment define which one we will experience next. There are individual timelines/realities and collective timelines/realities. And we truly do get to choose the reality we dial into.

In the past, it seemed like we had more time between choice and outcome. It felt like it took awhile for timelines to switch, but these days, the adage "Change your energy, change your life" seems to be occurring much more quickly and dramatically. It's like having a remote control and choosing between a variety of programs, only we don't just watch; we live inside of those programs. The more I take charge of my tuning, the more quickly and easily realities shift.

So as the angels ask me often, "What is your truth?" "What are you creating?" Never mind what the world is doing. Never mind what others are doing. "What is my truth?"

I am not worried about our future. I think we're smart enough to resolve the problems we're creating. I think that while AI is very likely to become more "intelligent" than humans in its ability to assimilate and process information, we still have the "hotline to heaven," where non-logical solutions and innovative answers become possible. Putting the two together, we have the mirroring of a beautiful partnership between head and heart. And the thing is, no matter what others create, we choose the timeline we participate in. We choose the version of various possible futures we will walk. That's mind-blowing but beautiful!

Here are a few ways you can own your own truth and remember your power to create.

1.  Change the Question

Instead of asking, "What's going to happen?" remember the angels' question: "What are you going to create?" Change the question to an intention. Here are a few examples:

Question: Am I going to get to work on time?
Intenition: I'I create getting to work on time or no one noticing!

Question: Is my loved one going to be OK?
Intenition: I create peace in my heart as I support them growing in grace. I will hold a vision of their happiness. I will envision us both happy and at peace. I will express my confidence in them.

Question: Is the world going to fall apart?
Intenition: I create a wonderful future.

Affirmations of intention are not enough. We must dial into the feeling of it. See the next point.

2. Dial In to Your Desired Timeline

The process of creating gets a little tricky because we can say affirmatoins or mentally believe we're focused on something, while being emotionally filled with doubt. Until we dial into the feeling of our desired outcome, we're not emanating the right energy.

It looks something like this: "I believe I'm worthy! I know I deserve this!" while secretly wondering if you'll get what you want. Your words are right. Your ideas are aligned, but your energy is still emanating doubt.

The way to dial in is to stop wondering what will happen, to stop asking if it will happen, and to intentionally and deliberately look for ways to feel the way you want your future to feel.

For some of us that might mean imagining the relief of getting what you desire, or the peace, or the joy. For others it might mean getting a delicious ice cream cone and reveling in delight in the moment, or even taking a nap to calm the mind.

Dialing in to a timeline requires finding a feeling compatible with that timeline

3. Recalibrate Often

Every time you feel unpleasant, stop and dial in to the timeline you want to live. I do it sometimes a hundred times a day. Here are a few funny but real examples!

1.I wake up on time, but I have a few emails that must be handled, and before I know it, I have not done my yoga and realize I have only ten minutes before my first client. Panic. Old conditioning. Can't take care of myself. I catch the bad feelings, stop, breathe, tap into the feeling of flow. Suddenly I'm sailing through the house, heating the teapot, brewing the coffee, and cooking the eggs while prepping the computer, and oh yes, brushing my hair before I hop on Zoom, ready for the day! It flows.

2.I set aside some time for fun work. Something interrupts me. I end up looking at the clock, which strikes midnight. My thoughts spiral. "I'm never-ever-ever going to get to sleep. Rogue thoughts begin to run amok! I catch myself. Stop. Breathe. What do I want? Fun work or naptime? Different nights bring different answers. Tonight I really want to do the newsletter. I dial into the very satisfying feeling of sharing something someone might find useful. Suddenly I get a rush of energy coursing through me and feel wide awake. I could write a book now! I can't wait to share my class next weekend.The energy is flowing again.

No one stays dialed in all the time. That's not a flaw. That's just being human. We live in a world of contrast that can easily wobble us, and often. But it is easy to get back in the flow once you practice a bit, and it isn't a big deal to fall out of it.

Recalibrating becomes as natural to us as adjusting the sails on a boat is to a seasoned sailor. We too can learn to be exhilarated in the process.

So while the world is shifting all over the place, and there's potential for a hot mess with tech, we can create a world we love—one where we all aim for greater kindness and harmony with each other, tech that can help humanity, and a return to all that allows us to enjoy our human experience.

That's a truth and a timeline that feels like love to me :)
