Gratitude Anchors Higher Vibrations, Shelly Dressel, 10 December 2025,

Everything about the Goddess of Creation is expanding into higher vibrations.  This has been moving through the Earth for quite some time, and we are now at a peak. So much higher frequency is now available in everyday life, we need to now learn how to live in the higher frequency. 

Gratitude is always a beautiful, loving vibration.  We are close to Thanksgiving for the US, so gratitude is very much on my mind.  During the meditation, while in the All That Is, the Goddess helped everyone to see their life through the higher frequency. In doing so, everything looked and felt different. A huge way to anchor the energies into your every day life is through gratitude.  Any time that you allow your perspective of life to be seen through gratitude, everything changes and your vibration rises.  This is a chance to experience that for yourself.

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out in this moment to send the universal love, light, and awareness into each one of you.

I invite you, as you are here present, before we go into the meditation, to consider the ways in which you are becoming more sensitive to energies. Do you feel everybody else’s energies when you’re together with groups in a crowd? Do you feel overwhelmed at times, not really knowing why you feel that way? Do you notice things that are happening around you that you may not have paid attention to before? Do you find that you’re hearing, your nose, your vision, your feelings, that everything is just a little bit more sensitive than what it used to be? If any of these things are true for you, then yes, you’re ascending through the energies.

The earth has been truly amazing. It is a planet of transformation. When you look back through the millions of years, there have been waves and cycles and experiences in which there was a great deal of light and in which there was a great deal of darkness.

I invite you to consider that you, yourself, chose to come in at this time, knowing that this was going to be the completion of a cycle and the opening up of something new. It may not be anything that you have consciously thought about, but that is exactly what’s going on.

I invite you to focus on your heart. As you take a deep breath in, tap into the heart center, your heart chakra. It is that non-physical energy that is there swirling around your heart at all times. As you focus upon it, you may feel it. You may have a sense of seeing colors, or it may be that you just feel this energy getting larger. As it continues to move, there is a thread of that energy that moves down through your solar plexus, into your sacrum, your root center, and then it goes down into the earth.

As you’re sending the energy from your root center, between you and the earth is another expanded chakra. This one is more aligned with the crystalline. It is a part of what is helping you to anchor the higher vibrations that are coming from the universe through you and into the earth.

As this anchors within the earth, you send it out in every direction. Take a moment to feel Gaia. Feel the energies of the earth as they flow up through that energy cord that you sent down to connect with you. As it’s coming back up, it flows up and circulates once more in and around your heart center.

You send it up through your throat, your third eye, your head center. It connects in with your crystalline energy body, and this time, feel that chakra associated with the crystalline that is between you and your higher self. You then feel your energy expanding once you are here.

As you look around your higher self, some of you have become very good at cleaning it out, at clearing out old energy, of shifting things, of letting things go. However, you can also see some of those things that you have been working on. If you’ve moved on, whew, clear it out. If it’s something that right now is in your thoughts and your awareness, send it energy and light so that it may become enhanced. You then send your energy continuing upward. It streams up until it arrives in the space of your soul.

The soul plane is a much higher vibration and frequency. It is a pathway for you to connect with the universal light. You can always also move through the All That Is.  However, this alignment to your soul is what really feeds you and nurtures you and supports you in everything that you do. Feel this blend. Feel what it is to connect. You just expand into this huge being of who you are.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. As my energies merge with you, there is a shift or an expansion that moves you into the All That Is. Look around at what this place is for you.

With all of your sensitivities, allow yourself to be present here and just take in whatever the vibration is. Do you hear anything? Do you see colors or energies or figures? Is there a certain smell using all of your senses? Just take in what this place is for you. As you do so, your energy expands even further.

Here within the All That Is, you have the opportunity to experience your life. You have the opportunity to experience the various potentials that are available to you. Consider perhaps one, perhaps two things that you seek to manifest right now. As you’re looking at the area around you, as you’re thinking about what that is that you seek to manifest, look at it the way it comes up through your perception. Then, as if you take in a deep breath and you let your energy just shift and expand, look at it again through the high vibrational frequency of this place.

So many of you have been in a pattern for a very long time. If that pattern is helping you to manifest everything that you seek, then simply strengthen it even further. If these patterns that you look at create a desire for something you have yet to manifest, then breathe in the All That Is and let this higher frequency merge with you so that you may look differently at your life.

How often have I talked to you about your perception? As if you have two energies in front of you that represent you in this lifetime, on one side, you are looking at yourself and your life through your perception and your vision in your everyday reality. And as you look at that, you may see that you literally wave. There are times when you have a high light vibration, times you get pulled down, but this wave is you in your everyday life.

Now, look at side by side, look at you as your soul that is living your life. Because your soul is very much a part of everything that happens to you. So look at this now moment, be present.

Sometimes, when you look at your life from the perspective of your soul and the perspective of your everyday reality, it gives you a chance to see those times when you are hard on yourself. Perhaps you’re judgmental. Perhaps you’re disappointed. Whatever it may be, this gives you the opportunity to understand that you do have different ways to look at yourself, at your life and at your experiences.

When you become aware of what that looks like, I always see that the everyday life shifts upward, absorbing and receiving the light frequency of your soul. As you look at your life through the eyes of love and compassion, what comes to your awareness? Is there anything that you would change? You may become aware that you can actually make those changes. You can actually move into that new perception, and it can and will become your reality.

How many times have you heard people say you can have everything that you seek to have? As I say that, I immediately hear people making excuses about why that doesn’t work for them. And the overriding energy is, it’s too much. It’s too much for me to handle. It’s too much for me to do. So, I think I’ll just stick with being so-so and the problems that I already know about, rather than problems I don’t know about.  If you feel anything like that or something similar, send a little warm, loving hug that goes within you as a human.

You can see how this changes almost instantly. And this is every bit as real as your everyday experience. Open your consciousness that you may accept or receive that for yourself.

This time of year becomes very busy in the everyday realities, which in turn brings in even more distractions.

As you are observing this higher vibration of living your life, consider, if you will, gratitude, appreciation, and acceptance. And as I say those words, they have a particular frequency that can transition your vibration. Another way for you to move into that higher vibration is to accept within you that feeling of gratitude. To be grateful for what you are as the person in this life, which then reflects out to the many things that you have manifested.

That in turn allows you to appreciate yourself, your own energies. And just as you can appreciate who you are, you suddenly have more to give to others. You notice how these words that I am using create a movement or a flow that moves through your energy.  And as you do so, everything keeps rising to a higher level or vibration.

Look around. Look at your life.  You are the only one who can choose the way in which you look not only at yourself, but at your experiences. This is the place where you receive with open arms, we see with wide open energies, the many, many opportunities that are here for you.

The changes in the universe continue to evolve. Everyone on earth has a connection through their soul to the universe. The universe intrinsically has a higher, lighter vibration, and it is working with all of you on earth to receive these changes and create a new life of the ascended experience. So, as if you feel that flow of energy that’s just washing through you, that comes from the central sun, that comes through the universal beings that just are beaming love and light to all, receive it and allow that to amplify that feeling of gratitude, that feeling of appreciation for yourself and for those around you, or even your experiences.

When that becomes amplified, when you look around, you are living that higher vibrational life because it absolutely has an impact. As if we are standing here in a doorway, as if you are looking out, ask to notice the various impulses that are moving through the universe and that are coming into the earth plane. Feel this energy, feel who you are, feel the way all of humanity is working together and it strengthens everything.

I invite you to come back together as a group. As you look at one another, recognize how the energy moves back and forth. How you, just being you, are sending supporting love and light to all.  Just as each one that is also a part of this is reflecting that back to you, it amplifies all of who you are. You know you are not alone, you know you are part of a community. So let that also become your truth and your reality.

You see coming up within this group, that hologram of the earth and as you look at it, this is another way that you may perceive the transitions that are happening. The earth itself in the hologram is much more filled with light than what it used to be. You may notice different aspects of the hologram that vibrate or pulsate in a different way.

I invite each one of you to send your own universal light and energy into this hologram and everyone can send in gratitude, appreciation, acceptance of love. You notice how it can make a difference. This working with the hologram gives you an opportunity to see exactly what you are able to do.  And what you can do here in this space, you can do in your everyday life.

An aspect of that moves out through the universe anchoring with those that are involved with supporting the earth. The remainder goes down. It moves through the collective consciousness of the planet. It encircles the planet and it goes straight through anchoring in the center. As this hologram anchors in the center, it is anchoring gratitude, appreciation. And so is everybody else. It anchors within the center and then it comes up through all the layers of the earth. It moves up into every person, into the grass, into the waters, into the animals, and everything upon the earth simply expands, growing into this higher potential.

You anchor your own experience as it comes up through the place in which you were connected with Gaia. It comes up swirling and anchoring within you. You return your consciousness to the All That Is, and it flows back down through your soul, through your higher self, down into your head center, and also anchoring within your heart.

This is your opportunity to be quiet and know how you are aligned with the universe, how you are aligned with Gaia, and all of it moves gently and easily through you.

Take a moment and look at your life. The vast majority of you see it through those eyes of your soul, through those eyes of gratitude, and it expands, not only showing you opportunities, but ways in which you can experience yourself.

All right, as we come into this time, we invite you to have this experience of who you are, of making that conscious choice to vibrate at a higher frequency, of making that conscious choice to look at whatever happens in your life through the eyes of love, potential, and acceptance.

Feel the gratitude and appreciation for everything that is happening. Notice how that creates a change in your reality. The high vibration and frequency is here, and it’s in you right now.
