Fearful Trauma Is in Your Past, Brenda Hoffman, 3 June 2025

Dear Ones,

You are now accessing more light than darkness.  Even though you may try to return to a state of hopeless fear, it is becoming increasingly difficult to do so. 

As your light brightens, so does the light of everyone transitioning.  It is not an accident that the sun is expressing that glow with sunspot after sunspot.  Or that even your most unpleasant experiences are not as uncomfortable as would have been true just days ago. 

Everything seems to be falling into place, just not in the same arrangement you once envisioned. 

It is as if you have a shield surrounding you so that the worst possible outcome does not happen, or whatever does happen is softened.  All is becoming well in your world, as is true for everyone who wishes to transition. ​

It is not that you are filled with or able to express loving joy all the time.  But instead, those pieces that might have been unpleasant just days ago seem to be less effective or frightening.

As prophesied, you are shifting from fear to love, perhaps not as quickly as you hoped but certainly more rapidly than you thought possible a few days ago.

You are claiming your new being at an extremely rapid rate.  Perhaps you thought such was not possible, only to experience something kind, loving, or peaceful.  Shifting your internal thoughts from “It’s never going to happen to I think it’s happening, but I want more time and data to ensure that I’m not just experiencing a fluke.”

You have crossed from hope to expectation to experience.  Whatever amount of time you required to do so, your life is different and more pleasant than it was just days ago.

Many of you reading this material will question whether that difference is short-term or a lasting sensation.  Time will inform you that you have crossed into forever-after, even though you will likely question that for some time to come.

You are leaving the fear-based, abusive relationships you maintained for eons.  In those eons, you created necessary escape hatches and behavior patterns that no longer seem essential but will remain with you for some time as you shift from fear to love. “This must be the time when my world falls apart again.”    Or, “Everything is falling into place so perfectly, when will the problems start?”  Indicators you were abused and abused others in 3D. 

Let go of who you used to be.  Know that all is falling into place easily and effortlessly, despite daily reminders of who you used to be, who you used to fear, and how traumatic your life used to be. 

Allow yourself to heal by expecting the best and the new.  What was is no longer including how you reacted or acted.  And the same is true for all those transitioning, which is a much greater number than those who wish to remain of 3D.

Because the schoolyard bully is finally outnumbered, you will soon notice bullies deflating and showing the fear they hid so cleverly as they pummeled others.  Perhaps you do not believe such is possible in the next few days or even months.  Not because you do not wish that to be true, but because the bullies appear so powerful. 

Bullies can only be bullies when others are afraid of them.  They either have fearful followers or fearful beings who hope not to anger the bully.  Once that fear is gone, bullies shrink into their being and are forced to slink away.  Not because they have no other options, but because they refuse to react with love.

What if all those you now consider punitive bullies were locked behind bars with no verbal or physical recourse?  Would you continue to be frightened of them, would you breathe a sigh of relief, or would you realize your power to create the life you wish?

Even though you are now slowly, in Universal terms, becoming less frightened of bullies, you have not yet completely eradicated the fear they instilled in you.  You will do so within days in ways you cannot yet envision. 

In the next few days, the light you are beginning to experience, the sigh of relief you see peeking through your eons of fear, and your new skills will shift both your direction and focus.  A focus away from fear or the bullies to a lighter tone of joy, knowing that all is right in your world. 

Know within every cell of your body that 3D bullies have lost their power.  You merely have to pull back the curtain they hid behind, which you are beginning to do.

You have been emotionally and physically abused over and over again in 3D.  However, you are no longer of 3D, and so your reactions and actions are becoming different to correlate with the new being of light you have become.

Allow your fear to be if that makes you more comfortable, but we of the Universes venture to guess that you are trembling with excitement, quite ready to pull back the curtain to expose all who wish to control you with fear.

The obvious question becomes, do you need to destroy those bullies who attempt to control you with 3D antics?  And the answer is no more than you need to destroy a toddler throwing a temper tantrum.  You have become the adult in the room with new skills and interests.

Allow the bullies of the world to float in the 3D quagmire you are no longer interested in or part of.  So be it.  Amen.
