Be Present – In Your Consciousness, Shelly Dressel, 17 January 2026

Welcome to 2026!  We are now in a time where the vibration has risen enough that the threshold is higher than it has been for thousands of years.  What this means is that people will no longer feel the drastic rise and fall of energy we have in the past.  This also means that the gifts available to you from your soul will continue to become enhanced.  

We have talked for the past six months to a year about the need to be in the vibration or frequency of what we seek to manifest.  This is about vibration and like finding like.  The next step of that is to become the consciousness of our soul.  As humanity, we have always been in a tug of war.  We meditate or live our lives in such a way that we feel good, and we manifest more of that.  Then, we get pulled down into what might be happening around us and pulled into the lower vibration of lack or discord.  This creates a yo-yo effect in our energy, plus sends a mixed message to the universe and to ourselves and those around us.  This meditation teaches people how create a space of becoming your consciousness.  ​

During the channel, the Goddess gave us several instances to be aware of consciousness and what it is.  Then, when in the All That Is, we experience our consciousness in several ways.  First, we combine the past, present, and future, all in the now moment.  Then we bring in more and more energy.  It felt as if we manifested our Merkaba that was filled with light. 

This is the foundation for how we will flourish in these new energies.

Nama Sika, Venia Benya, I AM the One, I AM the Whole

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out at this now moment, celebrating you. Celebrating that as your world has moved into a new year, all of you are gathering together in your energies, saying goodbye to last year, saying hello to this year.

I always find this time so exciting for many different reasons. Isn’t it wonderful that you can have a do-over, or that’s not the right word, a start over every year. Some people consider this on the day of their birth. Some people consider it with this January 1st that you just passed. But this year is a new beginning. It’s a new beginning on many different levels.

The vibration of the planet has reached such a level that there will be less of those deep spikes in energy. You will continue to feel influxes from the solar flares and the other ways in which the planets align, but there will not be those deep valleys that you will then have to transition to get back up to a level place.

When we say the world has ascended, it is now literally vibrating at a higher frequency. So, breathe in and out in this now moment as you are present right here. Let that energy flow through you. So that you are now even more supported, not only by Gaia, but by the energies of the Universe. So that if you have transitions and changes, you are right there. It is not as if you fall. It is perhaps as if you stumble and then you right yourself and move on.

As I said that, I could feel a wave of energy just moving through everyone. Be present in this moment. Feel the energies. Feel the balance and feel who you are.

We will still continue to connect with Gaia. Create that ball of energy in your Heart Center or just connect to your Heart Center, and then you send a stream of energy down. It moves through your Solar Plexus. It moves into your Sacral Center. It goes through your Root and then down into the Earth. As you align with the Earth, take a moment and feel Gaia. If you listen inside of you, or you feel through that connection, there is a heartbeat that is Gaia herself. You can ground in this manner. It can also take you back to being present in the moment.

You let that energy come back up through that stream of energy that you sent down. You feel the energy of Gaia coming back up through you. It goes through your Throat, your Third Eye, your Head Center, the Crystalline Energies, and up until it hits your Higher Self.

In this space of your Higher Self, look around. For some, it may just feel as if you’re a little expanded. For others, you may see those things that you have been working upon. But be present in this space, knowing that you are here with your Higher Self. Pause and take a moment and you still feel that energy of Gaia. You can still feel that vibration and that rhythm.

Your energy streams even further up than your Higher Self. There is a thread that connects you deep within that goes all the way into your Soul. As you feel this within your Soul know that you are home. This is your place, that is your connection with God. This is you with that love, that experience of acceptance, that awareness for who you are. Just let your Consciousness expand further so that you can feel and know that you are here, and you are fully connected within.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. I reach out to merge my energies with yours. As we do so, we shift, moving into the All That Is.

Look around at this place. Many of you are very familiar with it, and it feels as if this is where you come consistently when you seek to manifest. This place has always been about healing yourself, about clearing the past, about opening to potentials, and then trying them on.

The All That Is has also been about meeting the Ascended Masters, meeting those Angels and Light Beings that have supported you throughout your life. So, this is literally a place where you can reach out and bring up whatever you may seek to understand or receive more information about.

Let us begin by creating a space where you can sit comfortably. Some, I see, choose to lie down. Whatever is comfortable for you. You are here within this space, and as you open up your Consciousness, be present. Instead of sending your Consciousness someplace outside, open it up and be present within.

Humanity has a difficult time with becoming quiet. So often, when we ask to open your Consciousness and be present, you might be looking around at what else is happening. You might be analyzing the thoughts going through your mind. You might be restless, thinking; I need to do something else. So, as we are present here within this space. Take a moment and just be. If something comes through your Consciousness, see it as a river that’s just passing through and then you just are.

That was perhaps fifteen to twenty seconds, maybe a little longer or shorter. This shows you that you can go into that quiet space, and some may remain within there, whatever resonates with you, but this is how you become your Consciousness.

You are accustomed to looking at a timeline or working with a timeline. As you are here in this now moment, understand that if there’s anything, maybe from your past or even from your future, that your Soul would like you to know about, let it flow into you now. You could feel the difference when you were just present and then as you connected to specific times upon your life’s timeline, you could feel how that also comes into this Consciousness, bringing even more information.

So, you now are aware of how the past and the future is brought into this now moment of the present and then once again, expand and just be present with these energies. As you are here quietly in the vibration of what has created you in this lifetime, you can feel the difference of how just being present can grow even bigger, and then you begin to receive even more downloads.

I invite you to consider the ways in which your Consciousness is receiving information that goes beyond your analytical thought. Ask yourself the question, who am I? When you ask that as you are present in this space of Consciousness, once again, everything expanded even bigger.

You need not analyze; you need only perceive. As you are present with that Consciousness, you are receiving downloads that come directly from your Soul, and this is also what is creating a stability for you so that you may return to this space of being.

As you are still present in this place of Consciousness, I invite you to open up with your inner eyes and just perceive. You are receiving messages even if you don’t see it or sense it in this now moment. But consider color, consider a scent, consider that you are creating that space directly connected to your Consciousness, your Soul, the Higher Vibrations, and it is all right here within you in this moment. There are waves of energy flowing through this space.

Let us now consider something that might be going on in your life or something that might be on a bigger scale. How do you interpret it within this space of your Consciousness, with you being present in this expanded space? Everything we’ve done was all of you, so then, when suddenly relationships and other outside experiences come into this space, what’s your perception? In many cases, you will find that as you are present in your Consciousness, in this place that you have created for yourself, you have a greater objectivity, you do not get pulled in, and you find that your perception transitions.

I just noticed some of you have the vibration of a lower frequency.  So, if that’s the case, then whatever it is that you were just focusing upon or bringing into your space, just pull it out, let it go, phew, and immediately you rise back up.

So again, come back into your place of Consciousness that you have just created to allow you to be present in this now moment. In some, it’s as if you are recreating your macabre. For others, I see other types of sacred geometry creating a space around you that in some ways gives stability and in other ways transmits energy. So, begin to feel what that is like to you.

You have always had this space in one form or another. We’ve tapped into it from multiple different experiences. This time, it is about creating the place of your Consciousness so that you can be present within it, and we’ve brought in multiple aspects of you, and then you can practice with interactions with others.

Again, just be present within this space. I’m feeling as if your own heartbeat is vibrating in alignment with all of you. As if you are opening a door, become aware of even more of your Soul essence. It may be as if it is in a different space sending energy to you, or it may be as if you are in the center of your entire Soul. Let all of that expand where you have created.

There are new and different colored lights that are now flowing within. You may see that sacred geometry even more clearly than a moment ago. Be present. Be present within your Consciousness. You breathe deeply, allowing that energy to flow.

Be open to receive any messages.

That flow is always present, but I invite you to have a sense of bringing in the energy to a certain degree. In this higher vibration, your expanded energy is fully present and fully a part of you. As you start to bring it in to a certain degree, I invite you to then let your Consciousness within this space of being present shift once more to where you connected to your Soul Essence; from the All That Is to your Soul Essence. You can already feel how much smaller it is. Allow this Consciousness to come down to your Higher Self, and again, it gets smaller. Then bring your Consciousness fully back within where you are as your human self in this now moment, and again, it feels smaller.

So, as you focus upon your Heart Center, let that anchor as you shift up into your Consciousness and then expand it. Nudging out the edges so that you can flow even more of that huge, expanded Consciousness into you in your everyday life.

You won’t be always in this expanded state. But as you practice with it, and you bring it down during meditation, it not only automatically clears out anything around you, but it helps to fine tune and balance everything within you. So let that flow all the way up and down in your physical body. When you take a deep breath in say to yourself, ‘be present’. Can you feel how all that information is moving into you with even greater ease.

From your place down here on the Earth Plane, feel how easy it is to flow up and down into the All That Is. We frequently do it in stair steps and it allows you to expand. As we do this reverse and consciously let that flow up and down, you are creating a pathway where you can more easily receive information from your Higher Self and from your Soul.

I invite you to come back together as a group. You may feel as if you’re still in two places but just let whatever else remain within the All That Is, and as you create that circle, the hologram of the Earth is coming up within.

I’m a little bit tempted to try to do it down on the Earth plane. Let’s try that. So, each of you are down still on the Earth plane, but you see at the level of your Higher Self that you all come together and then within that, you manifest a hologram of the Earth. It still feels a little awkward. So, let’s go back into the All That Is, because this is the way that you can much more fully connect with the Hologram.

It comes up within all of you. You’ve already been infusing since we were trying it out at different levels. All those different levels of Consciousness have been moving within the hologram of the Earth. So, as you look at it, it’s as if each layer or level of vibration has been moving upon itself.

All of this Consciousness of being present moves into and through that Hologram. It expands through the All That Is, and then the remainder is moving down into the Earth plane. Again, it feels almost like it’s coming up and going down at the same time. This is showing you another way of being present.

This clearing out, this anchoring of Consciousness, is moving through all the levels of the Collective Consciousness and into everybody on top of the planet and within the planet. It goes into the center, it anchors, and it expands outward.

You have been moving up and down. You might be a little dizzy but let all of your Consciousness come back down within you as you are here present in this now moment. Be present in your physical body. Feel how much bigger your non-physical aspects have become, and just be in this moment, anchoring, integrating, and feeling how good this feels.

Being present within yourself is something that is going to become stronger, and stronger, and stronger in each one of you. Taking the time, as on this journey when in the All That Is and experiencing that is giving that kind of structure. You don’t have to have any structure. You can just be, and that’s a great way to do it also. But understanding the analytical mind, this gave you the structure that will allow you to much more easily flow between those higher vibrations and your everyday life. It all becomes easier the more that you’re in that expanded state, and you do, as I said, have the support of the frequency of the Earth as it’s now rising to this next level.

So beloved, I am so excited about this time. I am so excited about each one of you and what your experiences are. This is going to be an amazing year of transformation.
