Ascension Update: The Turnpike Pause, The Thin Veils, and Claiming Your Throne, Sharon-Ann Riley, 1 October 2026

Dear Soul Family,

If this current energetic window feels undeniably strange, please take a deep breath. It often feels like sitting at a massive, multi-lane highway interchange, a turnpike where a dozen different off-ramps are roaring past, yet you feel temporarily parked, unsure of which lane is actually yours. 🚗💨

For Empaths, Sensitives, and Starseeds who have walked this path for a long time, it is so easy to look sideways. We watch other people making visible, massive moves while our own lives look quiet, and a deep wave of frustration creeps in. We wonder why nothing seems to be happening for us while the rest of the world is racing ahead. 🌌

Yet spending your energy measuring your journey against someone else's timeline is an immediate leak of your own power. When that heavy wave of frustration washes over you, understand what is really happening beneath the surface. That irritation is not an indicator that you are falling behind. Instead, it is your deeper consciousness drawing a hard line, rebelling against an old game you were never meant to keep playing.

Because on the inside, the reality is entirely different. Every single day right now carries its own distinct, quiet theme. On the surface, your physical life might look still, maybe you are staying home, avoiding the noise, or handling ordinary routines, and your ego panics, telling you that you are falling behind. But internally, you are moving at lightspeed. ⚡

New ideas, profound realizations, and deep structural shifts are dropping into your field constantly because the veils are phenomenally thin. Spiritual knowledge and ancient wisdom are available to you around the clock, streaming in 24/7 if you are willing to quiet the external chatter and listen to the inner library of your own heart.

This is where the true shift happens. When you stop measuring your pace against someone else's map, stop looking for external validation, and anchor firmly into your own sovereign frequency, it completely changes every piece on the energetic board. ♟️✨

This is your personal Game of Thrones. You are no longer a pawn reacting to the external matrix or trying to survive someone else's timeline. You are stepping onto your own throne, claiming absolute dominion over your inner kingdom, and realizing that true abundance is forged precisely in the quiet spaces where you choose your own power. 🏰🌟

To truly anchor this energy, remember that your worth has never been measured by the speed of your external milestones or the loudness of your public moves. What is unfolding within you right now is a sacred recalibration, an internal clearing that requires stillness, patience, and profound self-compassion. The wisdom you are gathering in the quiet corners of your days is quietly rewriting your entire reality, aligning you with expansive new dimensions of your own limitless potential.

So let the external world rush past without your participation. Return to the center of your own being, tend to your inner flame, and trust the silent architecture of your becoming. When you honor your own timing and refuse to measure your sacred pace against an external clock, you reclaim the master key to your own sovereignty. Stand tall, rest deep, and let your presence speak for itself. 🔥💫
