​The theme for April is ‘Regroup’.

(Really the theme is re-everything, however “regroup” came the closest)

It is a month to rethink, refine, re-imagine, recalculate, recreate, reset, refresh, rework, reassemble, redo, rewrite, reinvent, rearrange, reorganize, and regroup. There are probably even more words than this but you get the idea. After the intensity and shake up of the last few months ending with the recent eclipse cycle, we are left with bits and pieces of ourselves that are not quite assembled as they were in the past. In this time of transformation and change, this is a good thing. Even though we may have “don’t know mind” fatigue, trusting that we are on the right path and keeping our spirits optimistic is crucial in moving forward.

The bits and pieces show us that we have options, lots of options. How, where, and with whom will you be regrouping? Instead of feeling victimized by loss, change and challenge, see it as an opportunity to refresh and recreate your life in a way that serves you better. You get to choose which bits and pieces you will keep and which ones will stay behind. Even though clarity may not yet be available as to your path forward, it will come in time.

We have entered a new cycle that very much supports a reorganization of what is physical in our lives. The focus is on our relationship with the earth, how our ego personality engages with others, and how we manifest and create on the physical plane. All the lessons, karmic and otherwise, learned in the last 14 years have given us a foundation of wisdom that we can now draw upon to create what is next. We may not have clarity yet regarding the future, however we will hopefully have a good sense of where not to go and what not to do. If you are still holding on to an old wound, a past resentment, anger, a disappointment in yourself or others, or any sense of failure, you need to release and leave it in the past. The window of karmic clearing is still wide open to support you during this transitional month. There is an opportunity for deep healing and the breaking of strong ancestral patterns that no longer serve.

It is a discipline to move forward when uncertainty and discomfort want to seduce us into staying small and clinging to the past. However if you don’t open the door and start up the stairs you will never know what is on the second floor. There will be discomfort, unrest and uncertainty this month and you can either work with this energy proactively or allow it to discourage you from moving forward. Many recent lessons and insights have been about trusting intuition and opening the heart, placing more focus on how you feel instead of what you think. Keep that in mind as you navigate, regroup and re-everything this month.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

You have a huge opportunity to reset your life. It could be that you redo one small thing that will change everything. The discipline will be to keep true to your emotional intuition about what is right for you, which pieces to keep in your regrouping and which ones to recycle and leave in the past. Boundaries may be necessary as this transformational energy can trigger survival fears and negative reactions from others. Even though community engagement is helpful and supportive, it is best to stay in your own lane especially when doing your own work. Don’t judge others and don’t take their judgements of you personally.

Take advantage of the transition into this new cycle by being present, proactive and intentional. Pay attention to your physical reality and create change where needed. If your direction is still unclear, change something small to at least honor the process. It is a good time to evaluate all of your gifts, wisdom and accomplishments and honor yourself for the journey you have been on. As you contemplate the bits and pieces of your life, what does your heart want to add, take away or leave as is? 

RELATIONSHIPS

This can either be a painful month for relationships or a very rewarding one depending on dynamics and karmic energies. It is a new cycle that calls for upgrades in all areas of physical life including relationships. It will be very obvious what no longer “feels” right. If you have been putting up with relationship situations that have greatly compromised your integrity, freedom, creativity or self-expression, your regrouping may include a demand for change. Be willing to accept the consequences of your truth as others may not see things the same way.

On the other hand, this is a beautiful opportunity for new connections, agreements and support to enter into your life so be open to receiving and exploring what feels right, familiar and destined. Your relationship with yourself is included as you may discover parts of yourself emerging with new ideas, desires and motivation.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

This may be the most difficult area to release old beliefs and patterns, as what we believe about our health and physical and mental conditions has been deeply imprinted with the constructs of time and limiting ideas about what is possible. The body has long been the barometer of what we believe we are capable of and has dictated what we can and cannot do in our physical environment. Since this is a new cycle, the suggestion is to encourage and support the body to try something completely different, to start a new routine that is opposite or at least very different than its usual habitual process. It could be taking a dance class. It could be going to a climbing gym. It could be changing your diet. It could be changing your sleep patterns and routines.

Talking to the body is of utmost importance this month, communicating and encouraging it to evolve to a new level of functioning. Including energetic input, mental and emotional intention is also helpful. As with a child that is learning and improving physical coordination, your body can continue to be empowered by new experiences. The bits and pieces that may need to be released are the limiting beliefs about your body and what it is capable of. This is a great month to eliminate limitations and to strive for improvement.

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECTS

This is a big month for restructuring business, finances and partnerships based on what you value, and how you wish to recreate the way you are living your life. It takes courage to say no to something you have been relying on for security. It takes courage to step into something new that feels right but is not yet delivering the rewards. It also takes courage to prune what is old energy and to adapt to a new vision that your rational mind may not yet grasp. The signs will be clear. If something is not receiving the support it needs, it may not be the right path. If there is ease, inspiration and enthusiasm, explore the possibilities. Don’t be afraid to make changes but watch your resources carefully so you don’t overspend or be impractical with your investment of time, money and creativity.

Your partnerships are most important. Make sure you are with those that have a common vision, common goals and are on the same page with their spirituality, level of abundance, enthusiasm and energy. If you need to let go of someone, do it with grace, gratitude and kindness.

ENVIRONMENT

We continue with earth changes and dramatic weather keeping us on our toes and reminding us every step of the way that we are not in charge. We can only control our personal environment and our reactions to what happens. In this new cycle, taking care of your personal environment and upgrading what you can is recommended. Start with a good cleaning especially in areas that have not had any attention for a while. You may be surprised what you discover. Perhaps old treasures get refreshed with new life and some things end up in the trash or rehomed. Refresh your environment with something that brings in a new energy. What have you been meaning to change, fix or upgrade? Do it now.

Everything has an environment; your business, home, natural surroundings, community, politics, places of learning etc. Pay attention to all of them, regroup and refresh what you can, and witness what the ones you cannot control are going through.

DATES AND TIME FRAMES

April 1-7

We are still at the effect of the recent eclipse cycle with a need to continue any karmic clearing, deep healing and connecting with our hearts. The power during this time is honoring how you feel and not what you think. There is a theme of alignment this week asking us to align with what we feel to be true. This will bring the necessary balance and clarity to support the regrouping process. Confusion comes from not trusting what is in the heart and listening to the mental processes of the past which may be at odds with the present.

This week could bring ups and downs, with one day feeling energetic and inspired and the next day discouraged, irritated and lethargic. Stay present, move through the emotions and keep your eyes on optimism and potential. It is a good time to do some sorting of the bits and pieces of who you are, where you have been, and what you have learned.

April 8-15

As we enter into this time frame you may find yourself needing to protect yourself and your container from others and their judgment, setting some boundaries and limits around what you are no longer willing to deal with especially around certain relationships. There is practicality in the energy allowing for strategies and movement. Insights are possible so pay attention to whatever sign the universe is sending your way and stay present and available so as not to miss them.

It is important not to take anything personally as others may react to your boundaries or set up some of their own. Everything is moving, everything is in flow, don’t compare yourself to others and stay in your own lane. Follow your heart as you begin to gather up the pieces and regroup them in their new configuration.

April 12: Full Moon in Libra is Saturday, April 12 at 6:22PM Mountain Daylight Time.

Also known as the Pink Moon, it brings balance, healing and the power of a fresh start. Acknowledge who you are in all of your hard-earned wisdom and learning from challenges, karmic situations and personal choices. What needs more balance in your life? What needs more healing? What have you learned from your past?

Watch for tension and unsettled energy that can bring emotions to the surface. Try not to react around something that is out of your control. Focus instead on prayers for release of burdens carried and the deep healing of old ancestral wounds. Put any restless energy into a creative task or a physical discipline and take responsibility for your life. Feeling victimized or blaming others will not serve anyone.

April 16-22

There is momentum during this time as well as more clarity for making decisions and choices about direction and intentions moving forward. You may have more confidence in your truth and abilities and vision. You may also finally feel free of the past and any old wounds and their hold on you. This is a dynamic energy that will help to regroup and accomplish on the physical what has up to this point only been a concept.

It becomes easier to embrace the new cycle with enthusiasm and passion. It is important to include luxury, pleasure, joy, humor, play and self-care in this regroup. It is a creative time to be in community and to anchor and ground a new foundation for how you wish to live your life.

April 23-30

A time requiring a commitment to your truth and convictions, your choices and direction. There can be periods of unrest and unsettled energies, ups and downs in political, financial and global arenas, as well as good opportunities for moving forward. Watch your finances during this time and come from a place of neutral practicality, never making decisions from a place of fear.

You have great clarity during this time around where you wish to put your energy, who you wish to be with and what you want to be doing in your life. Follow your heart and your intuition and settle into a new foundation and container anchored into your values. Hold fast to clear decisions no matter what may be happening that attempts to rattle your grounding. Keep your vibration high through gratitude, beauty, blessing, love and awe.
