It is also the reverse of quiet, for it is impossible for any being to be still and mindful while doing multiple things at once. You are missing presence, for you are indeed everywhere and nowhere at the same time. When you are spending time in the multitasking universe, you often forget where your mind is, let alone where your body is located.
When multitasking has shown up or reappeared in your life, it can be a sign that something is amiss.
It is up to you to restore balance and presence... or to stay scattered.
If you forget to go quiet (into presence), quiet will come to you.
You'll know - trust Us - you'll know... That is if you pause for a moment and realize you have been scattering yourself.
You will also know how to spend time with the quiet that is gracing you with its presence.
